(Jan. 13, 2024) — On January 6, 2021, Ashli Babbit was shot by a Capitol Police officer despite not participating in the breaking of the door windows. She was standing off to the side. Her husband has filed a $30 million wrongful death lawsuit as a result of an unnecessary and totally criminal act committed by a black man named Michael Byrd.
The lawsuit details the actions of three officers who were guarding the door, but just before the shooting they reportedly moved from in front of the door to a point to the right, standing next to Babbitt and ducking when they saw Byrd’s gun pointed at the crowd. Less than a minute after he killed Babbitt Byrd made a radio call in which he said the crowd was firing at them and he was preparing to return fire. The truth is that the only shot fired that day came from Byrd’s gun; there were NO SHOTS being fired at him or other officers.
Lt. Byrd stated in an interview with a fake-news propagandist that he could not see Babbitt’s hands nor what was in her backpack. It turns out there WAS NOT a weapon in her backpack, but if one had been there it certainly posed no imminent danger as long as it remained there. Byrd is a LIAR and a MURDERER but is being protected by the shammittee, the deep state, and the Pravda/Goebbels fake-news propagandists. If Byrd could not see her hands, how did he determine she should be shot and why didn’t he shoot those actively beating on the window of the door? Did the fact that two of those doing the damage were also black have a bearing on Byrd’s choice of targets? It certainly looks as though that is at least possible, and I assert that it WAS indeed a factor. This was a clear case of murder but since the murderer is black and the victim white the fake news says nothing. If the cop had been white and the victim black the fake news propagandists would be screaming their heads off about racism and murder.
Byrd has a history of the reckless use of his sidearm. The lawsuit details an earlier incident when Byrd fired at a moving vehicle stolen by teens, some shots of which struck nearby homes. The difference between the george floyd incident and the murder of Ashli Babbitt could not be starker. Floyd was a career criminal with nearly four times the fatal level of fentanyl in his system who fought officers who were trying to arrest him for passing a counterfeit $100 bill at a store. If he had complied he would still be alive and likely still roaming the streets because george-soros-bought prosecutors would have declined to charge him. Babbitt, on the other hand, was merely standing along a wall near where violent people were acting out.
If Byrd was so afraid for his life why didn’t he shoot those breaking the window and attempting to break through the door? The whole thing stinks of a Soviet-style cover-up, which devildemocommiecrats participate in so frequently. The devildemocommiecrats and their Pravda/Goebbels fake news propagandists circle the wagons and protect criminal acts of everyone on their side politically. After the murder Byrd was actually promoted when he should be in jail facing first-degree murder charges.
It is very clear that America no longer has a justice system but rather, a mob-rule system that protects the favored team while unlawfully persecuting those on the other side of the political spectrum. The deep state and their Pravda/Goebbels fake news propagandists work overtime to spout their narrative of LIES to deceive people into believing the lies. At one time the media was called the “Fourth Estate” because it reported truthfully and held all politicians and bureaucrats accountable, but since the 1960s those in the media have become nothing but leftist propagandists, doing all they can to destroy the nation that gives them the freedom to say whatever they want, even if what they say is known to be LIES. The only caveat is that they LIE to benefit the deep-state shadow government that is subverting the rights of citizens and seizing power not allowed them under the Constitution, a document they abhor, ignore, and subvert every day for their own gain of personal wealth and power.
If there was any justice in America, michael byrd, joe biden, nancy pelosi, and many others would either be in prison or facing charges of TREASON. Instead nearly 2,000 patriots have been held or prosecuted for two years or more, some without trial, on bogus charges that have absolutely no basis in truth. With the corruption evident in the courts I don’t expect anything to come from this lawsuit because the various parts of the entire globalist deep-state machine will work together to see that this is swept under the rug like every other thing that could hurt their agenda.
I applaud Newsmax‘s Greg Kelly for bringing this information to light. The fake news, now including fox news, will not report any of this information because the truth is not in them.

January 6, 2021 at the US Capital was a PEACEFUL PROTEST that got out of Hand by people who may or may not have been Trump supporters ! It now appears there were hundreds of federal agents in the million or so people at the US Capital that day urging PEACEFUL PROTESTER to enter the US Capital ! It true J6 was a planed event by the federal government to make J6 Peaceful Protest at the US Capital look like an Insurrection ! In legal terms that would be called ENTRAPMENT !
Great piece, Bob Russell. May Ashli Babbitt rest forever in peace. In my opinion, she is a victim (one of millions) of our so-called “two-tiered” justice system, which in my view is part of the Marxist “New World Order.” From what I have read, the NWO likely poses a threat like none other to our democratic constitutional republic. As an aside, its origin was an evil unification after WWII between NAZIs who had escaped Germany via “ratlines” and certain power-brokers and government types in our United States. One of the individuals was none other than George H W Bush. Together, this “Fourth Reich” type relationship was instrumental in forming the most dangerous and most powerful organization in our country (the world, too?), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). I’m not saying that Lt Byrd, who committed the murder (manslaughter?) of Ashli Babbitt, was a “spook.” He was just a sick sign of our times. Whether Lt Byrd was aware of it or not, he was just another one of those bad actors FROM WITHIN, much like many others today who consciously or not are attempting, in Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s words, to “FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORM” our country and the world.
I apologize if I have strayed a bit from the tragedy of Ashli’s death and the fact that it was a crime. In my way of thinking, though, it was part of a widespread, even worldwide, problem which is going to destroy us unless it can be identified, exposed, and put down before it is too late. Myself, I call it the CIA, the New World Order, and all the bad actors and stooges FROM WITHIN.

IMO those who wanted to destroy America from the inside knew installing a race protected president and commander-in-chief would be the most effective way to take over America from the inside without firing a shot, and the race-protected, John Brennan and the CIA groomed Barack Hussein Obama would get the job done. They also knew once Obama was sworn-in both parties had committed treason by doing and saying nothing to try to stop Obama from being sworn-in. Both parties ignored their sworn-oath to protect the Constitution and committed high level treason by giving America’s government and her military to her enemies. Congress, both parties became hostages to their treason and had to protect Obama to protect themselves. This is still what they are doing and it is IMO very obvious. There is no statute of limitations for treason so this is not going to change.
Both complicit parties believed the likelihood of ever being found guilty of being part of The Obama Fraud would be greatly reduced after the planned and promised after Obama cover president Hillary Clinton was sworn-in as America’s putative president. When this did not happen, and Hillary lost to Donald Trump both parties panicked and we are still watching the results of that panic as both parties protect Obama to protect themselves………….Treason has no statute of limitations and both parties want someone who is also part of The Obama fraud as president. The last person all complicit in The Obama Fraud want as president is Obama’s nemesis, Donald Trump. The extremes you see trying to stop Trump from being president again are happening because many people are desperate to protect themselves by stopping Donald Trump. After the treatment Trump, his family and associates are being given now, stopping Trump from being president again is more important to all complicit in The Obama Fraud than ever before…….
