Matt Gaetz (R-FL1), House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH4), additional members of the House and Senate, Florida Gov. and presidential candidate Ron DeSantis (R) and others in response to Gaetz’s bill filed last week with the purpose of ending “birthright citizenship.” – Ed.]
THANK YOU, MATT, for sponsoring a bill TO END “birthright” CITIZENSHIP-FRAUD.
I am a Florida resident.
With your Florida leadership, Matt, it is my hope, and likely the hope of millions of fellow legal U.S. citizens, that Florida will end illegal birthright citizenship and Florida Gov. DeSantis and Florida AG Ashley Moody will now require all candidates for U.S. President, Vice President, Senator and Representative to include their proof of U.S. citizenship with their affidavits of candidacy, or else, they will not be listed on any Florida ballots and they will be investigated and prosecuted for attempted voter fraud for refusing to include this info or for including unverifiable or bogus U.S. citizenship info.
Let my adopted state of Florida lead all states in requiring all candidates for U.S. President and U.S. Vice President to include proof of sole-U.S. “natural born (U.S.) Citizen (being born within and subject to sole-U.S.-jurisdiction to sole-U.S.-native or naturalized-citizen-parents from the tribe)” citizenship with their affidavits of candidacy as well.
