Dear Editor,
A bloke who transitioned to a woman (an actor) has been crowned “Miss Netherlands” and will now vie for the title of “Miss World”.
Now, why has PC (woke folk) convention been broken by not having such – supposedly! – members of the female sex beauty pageants renamed (transitioned) to “Ms Netherlands” and “Ms World” (because it’s presumed only unmarried young maidens are competing)?
Anyway, I reckon this is all very, very old hat as stated by The Very Reverend William Ralph Inge:
“When our first parents were driven out of Paradise, Adam is believed to have remarked (to Eve): ‘My dear, we live in an age of transition.’”
