(Jun.2, 2023) — Political commentator Jeff Crouere, a weekly columnist with The Post & Email and many other publications, longtime YouTuber and author of “America’s Last Chance,” has posted a poll asking who 45th President Donald J. Trump should choose as his running-mate if he wins the Republican presidential nomination.
In a newsletter release Friday, Crouere asked if Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) should be Trump’s pick.
“After next week,” he wrote, “there could be twelve or more officially declared Republican presidential candidates. The 2024 presidential race is shaping up just like 2016. In that year, there were so many candidates that the debates were split between major and minor candidates. Once again, President Donald Trump is leading. Of course, he represents the ‘Make America Great Again’ movement. He is facing many candidates who are favored by other factions of the Republican Party: establishment, Never Trumpers, etc…Would Trump/DeSantis make a good ticket? If not, who would be a better pick? Is it better for him to choose a woman, a minority, a younger candidate, or someone from a battleground state?”

I tend to be a little concerned about Kari Lake being Trump’s running mate. I prefer not to explain it, but maybe you can figure it out for yourself. Anyway, I definitely could see a Trump-DeSantis ticket, which might, just might, “last” for the next 12 YEARS! I don’t know, though, how Trump and DeSantis would do together. Probably would be up to Trump, at least at first. Stop the name-calling! WE CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE THE 2024 ELECTION. If we do, kiss our constitutional republic goodbye! Prepare for the worst unless we, the Republican Party and grounded God-fearing conservatives, get this one right. AMEN.
I’ll go with Kari Lake. She has the tenacity, communication skills, integrity, and common sense to be an effective leader and IMO she is more appealing than any of the other Republicans running against Trump.
Dittos! A Donald Trump and Kari Lake ticket would be a great choice by the Donald.
Tough call on DJT’s running mate.
Boils-down to “Who can we trust, anymore.”
