Is Obama Bringing Down Joe Biden?

(Feb. 1, 2023) — As of 11:41 a.m. EST Wednesday, “The Benny Show” host Benny Johnson is opining that Barack Hussein Obama is purposely sabotaging White House occupant Joe Biden by “sending out hatchet men” critical of Biden’s handling of classified documents.

Last month, it was revealed classified documents were found in unsecured locations at Biden’s homes and a former office. One such document set was found, as Biden acknowledged, in the garage where he keeps his treasured 1967 Corvette.

According to 45th President Donald J. Trump, who is seeking the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, at least some of the documents contain “highly classified” information about Ukraine, a claim echoed by CNN on January 10.

The discoveries of the documents, reportedly from Biden’s years in the U.S. Senate and his time as Obama’s vice president, were reported publicly just as Biden was about to launch his 2024 re-election campaign.

The FBI was searching Biden’s Rehoboth Beach, DE home as he spoke, Johnson said, a report corroborated by ABC News, citing Biden’s “personal lawyer.”

Referring to Mike Davis, who Johnson said was Donald Trump’s “architect” for the U.S. Supreme Court “conservative majority,” Johnson pointed out that sitting Vice President Kamala Harris, too, has been the subject of rare but growing criticism in the mainstream press.

The Washington Post recently issued a “hit piece” on Harris, Johnson said at 11:45 a.m., questioning whether Americans would elect a “woman of color” as president. The article, published Monday, is titled, “Some Democrats are Worried about Kamala Harris’s Political Prospects.”

“They went in hard,” Johnson opined of The Post‘s column.

On Tuesday Election Central wrote about The Post‘s observations, interpreting the left-leaning publication’s critique as, “Dems Now Admit Kamala Harris Is a Political Disaster.”

As a longtime leader of the Cobb County Democrats, Jacquelyn Bettadapur has become highly attuned to the factors shaping her party’s fortunes in her home state of Georgia: the rise and fall of Stacey Abrams, Democrats’ unexpected surge in 2020, the enduring influence of Donald Trump.

Now, Bettadapur is worried about the political prospects of the woman positioned to be President Biden’s heir — Vice President Harris.

“People are poised to pounce on anything — any misstep, any gaffe, anything she says — and so she’s probably not getting the benefit of the doubt,” said Bettadapur, who recently stepped down as county party chair. Many Democrats, Bettadapur said, “don’t know enough about what she’s doing” — and, she added, “it doesn’t help that she’s not [that] adept as a communicator.”

Such concerns about Harris’s political strength were repeated often by more than a dozen Democratic leaders in key states interviewed for this story, some speaking on the condition of anonymity to convey candid thoughts. Harris’s tenure has been underwhelming, they said, marked by struggles as a communicator and at times near-invisibility, leaving many rank-and-file Democrats unpersuaded that she has the force, charisma and skill to mount a winning presidential campaign.

In November, The Washington Times suggested the “White House” was preparing for Harris to run in Biden’s place in 2024.

Johnson also referenced an article in The Atlantic by former key Obama strategist David Axelrod critical of Biden’s claim that in the discovery of classified documents in several places which appear to have been unguarded, there is a “there there.”

“This is a scarlet letter,” Johnson said of the mounting evidence he sees of Obama’s desire to bring down Biden’s presidency.

Referencing Tucker Carlson’s Tuesday night show, Johnson suggested that with Harris and Biden hypothetically out of the running, the way for Michelle Obama to seek the office is fully cleared.

According to former House member and Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes in September 2020, Harris was Obama’s choice for the Democrat Party’s 2020 presidential nominee prior to her early and abrupt withdrawal from the race for “lack of funds.”

Johnson said he has received information “directly” from members of Congress that Articles of Impeachment will be prepared over Biden’s handling of classified documents.

Musk is a co-founder of Paypal, Johnson recalled at 12:00 p.m.
