(Jan. 30, 2023) — Both of Nikki Haley’s parents were not U.S. Citizens when Nikki was born. Nikki Haley was born to a Citizen of India father (minus one stool leg) and to a Citizen of India mother (minus the 2nd stool leg).
The normal path to becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen takes five years. Nikki Haley was born in 1972 . Her father and mother emigrated from India to Canada and then to the USA in 1969. Thus there was not sufficient time for either of Nikki’s parents to become naturalized U.S. Citizens when Nikki was born in 1972. It is not known at this time to this writer if Nikki’s father and mother ever became naturalized U.S. Citizens. Nikki Haley is not being very transparent on this issue. Even if one or both of her parents did naturalize later after Nikki Haley was born, it would not change Nikki’s birth status. Given Nikki Haley’s year of birth in 1972, and her parents immigration year of 1969 to the USA, she was thus born in the USA to two foreign nationals and thus inherited their respective birth nation’s citizenship when she was born, in addition to being a basic Citizen by being born in the USA to aliens legally domiciled here. Thus Nikki Haley was born with citizenship and required national allegiance at birth to two countries. This is hardly what the founders and framers intended when they selected the “natural born Citizen” requirement for the person who would in the future be permitted to be the President and Commander in Chief of our military, once the founding generation was gone.
As per ‘Principles of Natural Law‘ in place at the time of the founding of our country and when the founding documents including the U.S. Constitution were written, a ‘natural born Citizen’ is one born in the country to parents who are both Citizens (born Citizens or naturalized Citizens) of that country when their child is born in the country. Nikki Haley is NOT a ‘natural born Citizen” of the United States to constitutional standards since both of her parents were foreign nationals who were NOT U.S. citizens when Nikki Haley was born in the USA. She is missing two legs of the three legs of the ‘natural born Citizen’ test. She is of course a basic “Citizen” at birth per the Wong Kim Ark legal decision by the U.S. Supreme Court of 1898 and the man-made positive naturalization law USC 1401, and as such she is eligible to be a Governor or a Member of Congress, but she is not a natural law “natural born Citizen” at birth, and thus is NOT eligible to be President and Commander in Chief of our military or the Vice President, per our U.S. Constitution. She inherited multiple national allegiances at birth due to her parents being foreign nationals living in the USA when she was born. Nikki Haley did not have sole allegiance and unity of citizenship at birth to the USA and only the USA.
We have 100’s of millions of natural born Citizens, people born in the USA to parents who were both Citizens (born or naturalized) of the USA when their child was born, from whom to choose our President and Commander in Chief of our military. Nikki Haley is not one of them. Let us choose someone else who is constitutionally eligible and not abrogate the presidential eligibility clause once again.

In addition to Nikki Haley not meeting the Constitutional requirements for president, neither do Kamala Harris, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, or Bobby Jindal, and of course, Obama. But the GOP does not care about holding to this requirement. It made no peep about it when Obama was running, and has run its own candidates in violation of this requirement. We don’t have two parites, but a uniparty, and it is out for itself and cares nothing for America or Americans.

In fact, ANYOPNE born in the United States is a natural born citizen.

Ignoring “natural born American citizenship” (for example, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Democrat Party, the national news media, etc, etc) is an exercise endangering our country. It all started in 2007, with the American people being deceived by the CIA and Deep State sponsors and handlers of a relatively new and uniquely charismatic politician. That person, Barack HUSSEIN Obama, was touted to be the “first Black (or, African American) president.” That actually is not the best or most accurate description of him. Ethnically, Obama was and is 94% ARAB AMERICAN and only 56% BLACK AMERICAN ( 50% on his mother’s side, 44% Arabic, and 6% Black or African on his father’s side assuming we can believe who Obama claims is his biological male parent). Furthermore, Obama was a citizen of and had allegiance to THREE DIFFERENT COUNTRIES (British Kenya, Indonesia, and possibly the United States, but likely as a “naturalized” American citizen NOT a natural born American citizen). In addition, Obama’s background included a Communist and Islamic upbringing, only one parent (his mother) who was a U.S. citizen, involvement in drug abuse and sexually aberrant behavior, criminal activity such as forgery, identity theft, Social Security fraud, etc, etc. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN WITH A BACKGROUND INDICATING SOMEONE OF GOOD CHARACTER AND PATRIOTISM WHO SHOULD BE A NOMINEE FOR OUR COUNTRY’S HIGHEST OFFICE? As it turned out, Obama was fraudulently elected president. He vowed that he would “transform” America and, indeed, he did. JUST LOOK AROUND YOU AND SEE ALL OF THE PROBLEMS (DARE I CALL IT TREASONOUS OR EVEN SINFULNESS?) TAKING PLACE IN OUR COUNTRY TODAY. I will cite only a very few of the “hand-me-downs” from Barack and Michelle (Michael): LGBTQ+, BLM, increase in racism, woke thought and behaviors, denial and destruction of American history then re-imagining and rewriting it, civil disobedience, “peaceful” protests, hate police and defund them, etc. etc. All of this is spelled D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R. How do you like it, Chief Justice Roberts, AG Merrick Garland, FBI Director Wray, Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Millan, former CIA Director and Obama confidante/fixer John O Brennan, the Democrat Party, and others? Isn’t all of this enough to convince you that our country’s presidents and vice presidents must be NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZENS? Are you willing to risk another Manchurian Candidate? Have things gone awry so far already that we even have a choice? May God help us save America as it was envisioned and became a reality by our wise and brave Founding Fathers (Barack HUSSEIN Obama not included).
Chester Arthur (#21) usurped the Presidency in 1881. That was a time when “We the People” actually cared about that fact. Chester Arthur was found out after he died however. Arthur burned HIS records. Obama sealed his. This has got to be curtailed. Obama’s usurpation of the Presidency has already led to very severe damage to our Republic. If it continues to go unabated this nation is doomed. The demise of the USA will occur from the inside out. Haley is the enemy. Anyone who knowingly usurps the Presidency or Vice-Presidency by fraud or force IS indeed a traitor.
You can make the exact same argument about Kamala Harris. In fact, John Eastman (one of President Trump’s lawyers) made this argument when Kamala was picked as Joe’s running mate. Neither one of Kamala’s parents were U.S. citizens at the time of her birth. In fact her mother and father divorced and her mother moved with her and her sister to Canada when Kamala was in middle school. Kamala graduated from high school in Canada. Kamala certainly doesn’t meet the requirement as a Natural Born Citizen as envisioned by our founders.

The major reason is that dual citizens are subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign country, something the founders would have never allowed in a President in fact it was the reason they broke away from England in the first place. They didn’t want foreign influence in their governmental affairs and that was affirmed in John Jay’s letter to George Washington.
The media conflates the issue by saying they’re citizens but they never use the term Natural Born Citizen cause they know legally and constitutionally they are not.Sadly unless someone with standing challenges her eligibility nothing will be done about it. The GOP won’t do it, McCarthy won’t do anything , perhaps Trump will do it, but he didn’t do it 2020 when he had the opportunity.
Haley, Harris & Cruz all became emboldened when Barry Soetoro got away with it.

You are correct. I sued her in the U.S. Supreme Court demanding a Writ of Quo Warranto. The Supremes copped out by saying that I had “No standing” never addressing the merits of my case and continuing to ignore the Constitutional Law on this issue.

Here’s a great question no ask, is Kamala Harris a Jamaican Citizen? According to Jamaican law individuals automatically acquire citizenship so long as the father is Jamaican and it doesn’t matter where the kid is born. There’s official rules that dual citizens must abide by, they have to owe allegiance to both countries and they are required to obey both countries laws, anyone thing the people who wrote the constitution would have been ok with that?
Jamaica AND India are both part of the vast Commonwealth of British Nations and those born in ANY of the countries within the Commonwealth ARE Brits!!!

Barack only claims to be the son of Obama Sr. No valid proof that he is. So his real father could have been citizen, but for some reason Barry wished to hide that fact.
If Obama took his real documents the SCOTUS they would have no choice but to say he was eligible and be forced to keep the identity of the father sealed. All speculation but makes some sense of some circumstances.

But, then again, Obama has very little respect for anybody. He’s in love with himself! Have you seen the mausoleum-like monstrosity that he is having built in Chicago to honor himself (and his stolen unconstitutional presidency)? Actually, I suppose that some good things might come with the development of the “presidential center and library” and its grounds. Especially, in that up until now, the South Side of Chicago has never been a very good place and was used by Obama and his buddies as their playground (and I’m not talking basketball!). What, then, you ask, does this have to do with the natural born citizen controversy? I guess the connection is that by our country’s lawmakers and courts being so easily and more often than not knowingly deceived (by forces from within, such as the CIA), THIS IS WHAT WE, THE PEOPLE, ARE LIKELY TO GET, i.e. AN OUTCOME SPELLED D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R! So, why not choose to abide by our Constitution (Article 2), and if it disappoints Nikki Haley, Kamala Harris, or whoever in politics is not a natural born American citizen, then that’s just too bad! But, it will help to save our republic from undocumented usurpers and Manchurian Candidates like Barry Soetoro Soebarkah, Barack HUSSEIN Obama, or whoever and WHATEVER he actually is.
Almost everything from Obama’s past is a sham. Doctored photos from his youth to college and of course his colb. The man did his best to damage this country. I have been hung up on by a host of radio host explaining why Cruise and Obama is not a nbc. Harris and Nikki do not match the requirements and Mitt Romney might be disqualified depending and his grandfather and fathers actions. Yeah I get the fact they every little torn off corner of the constitution might be lost forever, and the left loves tearing off and redacting all they can. I bring up the ways the elites misuse or ignore the supreme law of the land either by executive orders, agency made laws.
Obama posted a fake document on the White House web site he claimed was a scan of his birth certificate. I have worked in the printing industry all my life so when that posted as a downloadable pdf , click click and oh wow. Only took a few minutes to figure some of the easy stuff. Later followed others who found other parts. The document is a fake. photos of him and Obama senior have been faked. Now prove to me who liar in chief says is real father is in fact his father.
The Republicans allowed Obama to get away with it and they never challenged Cruz (unqualified), Jindal (unqualified), Rubio (unqualified), Halley (unqualified), Harris (unqualified). All these ran against Obama so there could be NO challenge from the right. So why not do it again? Maybe this time the Republicans will get lucky and the deep state can then do away with Art. 2, Sec. 1, Cl. 5 of the Constitution. Any country can then run the United States through their surrogates. Kind of like what Obama did and Harris will do if given the opportunity. We all see where their allegiances lie.
Since Obama usurped the Presidency by fraud during a time when this nation was at war, Obama became a Traitor and a spy under both the UCMJ and 18USC.
I personally sued all but Haley in the US Supreme Court., Pelosi, Biden, Harris, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal and Obama.
The Supremes, as usual, ignored their duty and failed to thwart the traitors. For that reason they all became complicit with their treason and espionage against the U.S.A.
