Dear Editor,

In today’s world of shock/horror stories abounding, “India’s Rhino Success”, HS, 15/1: after near extinction, the Indian rhino now numbers 2,600 – is a truly wonderful, good-news story for the start of 2023!

As to no Indian rhino deaths last year but four rhino poachers shot dead? As one does not speak ill of the dead, no more needs to be said!
