(Oct. 22, 2022) – As of Saturday evening, 45th President of the United States Donald J. Trump was on his way to Robstown, TX for a rally set to begin at 8:00 p.m. EDT.
Live-streaming of the event can be accessed here and begins when Trump makes his entrance.
In a post on TruthSocial, former Trump adviser and America First Legal founder Stephen Miller revealed that the aircraft in which Trump is traveling is the refurbished 2016 plane Trump foretold in July would return to flight “in the Fall of 2022, or maybe sooner,” dubbing it “Trump Force One.”
The President of the United States travels on Air Force One when on official business, although more than one aircraft can serve in that role, according to the White House website.
At the time Trump accompanied his post with a link to a video depicting the aircraft’s renovation done by Landlocked Aviation in Lake Charles, LA. The company’s website humbly describes the renovation project as a “new paint job.”
Trump’s White House social-media manager, Dan Scavino, assigned the airliner the hashtag “#trumpforceone,” which generated a number of replies and comments, including a 42-second video montage by KarmasQuirrel.
Although expected to announce a presidential run for 2024, perhaps after the November 8 midterm elections, Trump has not officially declared his candidacy for that office or any other.
