Why Hasn’t Joe Biden Been Charged with any of These or Other Crimes?

(Oct. 12, 2022) — Human trafficking and drug trafficking are part of the reality of what Joe Biden (with co-conspirators and handlers behind the scenes) has done by opening our borders to millions of undocumented, illegal immigrants.  These immigrants include children who are being sexually abused and trafficked, drug dealers with fentanyl and other dangerous drugs hidden in their body cavities, repeat violators of immigration laws and other types of crimes, etc. 

In my opinion, this activity is akin to our federal government, under the control of the Biden administration, sanctioning a warlike invasion of our country by millions of alleged asylum- seekers who unwittingly are going to be used primarily, if not solely, for political purposes.  Yet, in this “war,” we the American people have no say and cannot “fight back!”  What is happening obviously is unlawful and very likely unconstitutional and not in the best interests of our society’s law-abiding and hardworking American citizens.  Our once-envied system of free and fair elections is in danger of being corrupted and destroyed by this influx of undocumented foreigners.  I say this is treasonous.

The poorly-planned and abrupt pullout of American forces from Afghanistan, leaving behind $78 billion of sophisticated military equipment taken into possession by the Taliban, approximately 75-80 million Afghan citizens, and an estimated 200 American military personnel (13 personnel, mostly Marines, were killed only a few days earlier in Kabul by an Islamist suicide bomber) are aspects of the 21-year war, which, in this veteran’s opinion, was LOST by the United States of America.  The pullout of American forces had been planned for quite some time in conjunction with Afghan officials (initially planned with the Trump administration to take place in May 2021, but delays occurred, and Trump did not serve a second term).  The sudden pullout in the dark of night without any proper or respectful notice to Afghan military leaders took place on August 31, 2021.  The circumstances, in my view, were tantamount to THE AMERICAN MILITARY, UNDER COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF JOE BIDEN, SURRENDERING IN AN EMBARRASSING DEFEAT.  I have little or no doubt that this tragic episode in our country’s military history could have involved a number of different crimes, up to and possibly involuntary criminally negligent manslaughter by the commander-in-chief (18 U.S. Code Section 1112) and, possibly more appropriately, TREASON (18 U.S. Code Section 2381). 

Although it is a subject considered taboo and once known as “THE BIG LIE,” a cursory examination of some of the facts and an above-average application of experience and common sense tells me that presidential candidate Joe Biden, together with Democrat Party campaign managers and workers, committed ELECTION FRAUD to win the general election in November 2020.  As far as I know, it is true that all legal challenges to the election results by Donald Trump have been denied by various courts hearing those challenges or turned away as frivolous or having no merit!  Nevertheless, examination of ballots and recounts by several states have resulted in the finding that the election results in those states were inaccurate and a lot closer than the margin of victory reported by the news media and pollsters.  In fact, it has been reported that the TOTAL number of registered voters in November 2020 was 133 million.  Donald Trump, the president at the time, received a record (for incumbents) 74 million votes.  Joe Biden allegedly received a total of 81 million votes.  Together, their votes totaled 155 million, which is more than the combined total (133 million) of registered voters in the entire United States! 

Several documentary movies, most notably Dinesh D’Souza’s “2000 Mules” and Citizens United‘s “Rigged: The Zuckerberg Funded Plot to Defeat Donald Trump,” have been produced and released to the public.  Current polls are tending in the direction that election fraud occurred.  Do not forget, too, that the FBI unquestionably unlawfully interfered in the election and has, with a number of other federal government agencies, been “politicized” and “weaponized” against Donald Trump and “Make America Great Again” followers.  So, it certainly looks as if the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Donald Trump and that Joe Biden (and others) could be charged with ELECTION FRAUD (18 U.S. Code Section 610, Chapter 29).  Instead, our government is relentlessly and shamefully trying to put former President Donald Trump behind bars!

Now, because it seems related to election fraud (the previous discussion), I would like you to read 18 U.S. Code, Section 912.  In part, this law states that “whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or an employee acting under the authority of the United States … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than three years, or both.”  My friends (and others!), you may find what I am about to say very difficult to accept.  You may even call me crazy, or worse!  But, the crime of which I am about to accuse Joe Biden is IMPERSONATING A PRESIDENT!  At first, I thought that this accusation might be “tongue-in-cheek,” but now, I don’t!  I will try to explain myself.  Joe Biden was not actually a freely and fairly elected president.  The person behind the desk in the Oval Office (Joe Biden) is not the person making the big policy decisions and plotting the course ahead (or backward!) for our country.  He is somebody’s puppet.  He does what he is told to do (providing that he can understand, remember, and carry out the instructions).  He is barely able to take care of himself.  He is NOT “presidential.”  I think that he senses these things but doesn’t have the courage, decency, or wherewithal to admit that he actually is not a real, duly elected and competent “president.”  He needs to step down.  And frankly, he should fulfill the promises of inclusion, equal treatment and opportunities for all Americans (presumably even white supremacists!) that he pledged during his inaugural speech.  To sum it up, even though Joe Biden seems to be our “president” not only by title but also by attempts (feeble) to perform some of the customary presidential duties, he is better described as an IMPERSONATOR.  He is not in control of himself, and there is no telling what he will do next, despite the scripts which are being written out and given to him!  

If lying to the FBI or Congress is a criminal act (18 U.S. Code, Section 1001), then why isn’t it a crime when they lie to us?  Why isn’t it unlawful when Joe Biden lies to the American people (maybe because he does it all the time!)?  What about the “fake news” and the politicization of their supposed “Fourth Estate” government watchdog duties?  The sad fact is that politics and in many cases the presidency in particular have become a breeding ground for lying.  I know there are some of you who will say that the telling of “little white lies” is an ethically unsound albeit acceptable way of conducting the business of politics. THAT, MY FRIENDS AND FUTURE KOMRADES, IS ITSELF A LIE!  It is inexcusable if not criminal that Joe Biden tells lies all the time (whenever his lips move!) and that he has a pathological habit of perjuring himself, especially when interacting with the American people.   

In closing, practically everyone has heard about the “Biden Crime Family” and “The Big Guy.”  Joe and his family have learned over the years how to play the game of quid pro quo politics and influence-peddling for a price.  There is little, if any, doubt that the Bidens and their patriarch, Joe, have been getting rich by selling their name and America’s name to foreign entities (China, Russia, Ukraine, and others).  The front man for much of this criminal activity has been Hunter Biden.  Hunter is being “investigated” by the FBI and Department of Justice. Undoubtedly, you have heard about “The Laptop from Hell.”  But, what about Joe?  Influence- peddling can be a form of bribery (18 U.S. Code, Section 201).  I am not an attorney or prosecutor (although I am a retired law enforcement and criminal court officer), but I smell a rat!  I smell a Mafia-like RICO criminal organization in the cloaked form of a family, and the head of the mobster family is none other than Joe Biden.   

I refrain from going any further.  Despite some of the ugly things above which I have said, it is my understanding that the First Amendment gives me the right to speak my mind.  I am not and never have been a racist (unlike Joe Biden).  I am not someone who poses a threat of violence to anyone else.  I am not a white supremacist terrorist.  On the contrary, I am a peaceful senior citizen (age 78).  I own no weapons, just a writing pen and a computer keyboard.  I do, however, detest PUBLIC CORRUPTION (ironically, that’s what the FBI calls the category of criminal behavior about which I’ve been telling you).  And, permit me to say this about someone else.  Unless Donald Trump is the devil himself, I suggest that he (and his family) have suffered enough undeserved criticism, harassment, bogus FISA surveillance and warrant applications, lawsuits, impeachment attempts, and seemingly never-ending politically-motivated efforts to destroy and imprison him.
