(Sep. 22, 2022) — The organization “RNC Research” posted a 33-second video on its Twitter account of White House occupant Joe Biden appearing disoriented following a speech he gave in New York City to the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment Conference on Wednesday.

Quoting Biden as having said, “Watch me if you think I don’t have the energy level or the mental acuity” to CBS News’s Scott Pelley during a rare sit-down interview aired Sunday, the RNC wrote in its caption, “Where ya going, Big Guy?” apparently referring to reporting by Miranda Devine of The New York Post on Biden’s son Hunter’s now-infamous laptop containing communications alluding to a “Big Guy” who would receive 10% of the profits of an overseas business transaction involving Hunter and foreign countries.

At the time, the elder Biden was vice president.

In October 2020, The Post first broke the story on the Hunter Biden laptop which the mainstream media and social-media companies heavily censored in an apparent effort to prevent voters from seeing evidence of then-Democratic presidential candidate Biden’s connections with his son’s business dealings despite his denials of same.

Biden’s complete remarks can be viewed here, but the broadcast not include the footage aired by RNC Research.

According to C-Span, “President Biden hosted and delivered remarks at the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment Conference in New York City. The public health fundraising campaign aims to raise $18 billion to fight AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria. The U.S. has pledged $6 billion.”
