(Jul. 8, 2022) — One MAJOR FLAW in the Trump Insurrection Theory is that under existing law, Pres. Trump had the power to halt the election if there was evidence of foreign interference. He had the power to impound all Dominion Voting Systems machines and peripheral devices; and that evidence surfaced a month prior to the 2020 election.
All Pres. Trump required was presentation of evidence within 45-days of the Nov 3, 2020 election, and the complex investment involving UBS Securities (Chinese CCP board members) and Dominion’s parent company, Staple Street, was documented in federal SEC reports.
“A Swiss investment bank’s New York subsidiary, UBS Securities LLC, in October bought $400 million in shares Dominion’s parent company, Staple Street Capital LLC. While it appears three of the four board members of that subsidiary’s board are Chinese and could represent Chinese investors, shareholder information is private, so it is unknown if China or any other government owns shares.” (Article cite linked below.)
While the UBS Securities entity in China and its joint ownership and investment in associated Swiss banks indicates a direct link to the Chinese Communist Party, obtaining full ownership information is confidential under law.
Between November 3, 2020 and January 6, 2021, Trump had executive power (which has been extended recently by Biden) to sanction foreign investors and their property, in this case, Dominion Voting Systems.
While we don’t know the extent the Executive Order was being exercised by Trump attorneys, we do know that six states announced that they would be filing Title 3 Sec 15 Objections to Biden’s Electors, an unprecedented event in presidential election history.
Because Trump’s Treasury Department and other officials would be pursuing Sec 2 and Sec 3 of that 2018 Executive Order for another 45-days (within the time prior to Biden’s inauguration), Trump had ZERO MOTIVE to disrupt those six states’ Objections, which would have the power to contest Biden’s election without creating an international incident through the 2018 Executive Order sanctions.
Recall General Milley calling a Chinese General in October (when the SEC Staple Street-UBS report was filed), and he again called on January 8th. Perhaps he was worried that with the disruption of the Title 3 Sec 15 process, Trump was forced to continue the 2018 Executive sanctions against China.
The chain of events in this post are true, but the connections are not completely explained. Meanwhile, Dominion Voting Systems, a government contractor, has sued attorneys involved in the 2018 Executive Order for libel. (See my previous post on S.L.A.P.P. suits.)

Not only not an unprecedented event in presidential election history but preceded by a similar event in the previous presidential election. To wit:

Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) objected to Alabama’s votes.
Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) objected to Florida’s votes.
Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) objected to Georgia’s votes.
Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) objected to North Carolina’s votes.
Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) objected to the votes from North Carolina in addition to votes from South Carolina and Wisconsin. She also stood up and objected citing ‘massive voter suppression’ after Mississippi’s votes were announced.
Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) brought up allegations of Russian interference in the election and malfunctioning voting machines when she objected following the announcement of Michigan’s votes.
Maxine Waters (D-Calif) rose and said, ‘I do not wish to debate. I wish to ask “Is there one United States senator who will join me in this letter of objection?”‘ after the announcement of Wyoming’s votes.

The Trump insurrection lie is one of the desperate attempts by the Democrats, and many if not most Republicans in Congress, to insure Trump is never president again.
When Hillary, the planned and promised in 2008 after Obama cover president lost to Obama’s nemesis, Donald Trump, both parties panicked fearing President Trump would reveal and act on the truth about Barry. They believed this because of private citizen Donald Trump and his words and actions concerning Obama’s ineligibility and identity fraud. Both parties know Trump is right, and both parties know they are complicit in giving America’s government and her military to her enemies in 2009, when they did/said nothing to stop John Roberts from swearing -in Barack Hussein Obama.
IMO this is not complicated, but it is so far too big to prosecute because both parties, as a minimum, failed to uphold their sworn oath to protect the Constriction. The Obama fraud was meant to be covered by Hillary Clinton, who was promised the after Obama cover presidency when she agreed to drop out of the 2008 Dem primary to insure the Soros funded, Brennan and the CIA created Barack Hussein Obama was installed to weaken America from the inside in every way possible. The complicit, both parties have been and still are protecting Obama to protect themselves. Obama is untouchable because he is both race and ineligibility protected and both parties fear the truth about Barry, or even that possibility, which is why they fear Donald Trump and are still desperately trying to prevent him from ever being president again. This so far too big to prosecute, especially since the complicit are investigating themselves and the alphabet agencies were weaponized by, and even prior to Obama, in preparation for Obama’s illegitimate presidency and intentional weakening of America from the inside. I suppose there could still be a bit of hope in the investigation of John Durham…but it’s not looking good. It seems evil has won and is rapidly solidifying the victory.
