(Apr. 15, 2022) — The Biden Border Rush continues and looks to get even worse with the scheduled termination of Title 42 on May 23 (as if it’s not bad enough already).

The administration of Texas Governor Greg Abbott is fighting back with Operation Lone Star and is creating Texas’ own border policy.

Drastic times call for drastic measures.

Let’s look at six parts of the policy:

I. ARRESTING ILLEGALS FOR TRESPASSING

In July of 2021, Texas began arresting illegal aliens for trespassing. Of course this is being fought in court.

II. BUILDING A WALL

Texas is working on its own border wall.

III. NATIONAL GUARD PREPARING FOR GREATER INFLUX

On April 12, Abbott announced the Texas National Guard was conducting “mass migration drills in preparation for an influx of illegal immigrants crossing the southern border. This follows my directive to bolster our state’s border security efforts in the wake of the Biden Administration revoking Title 42.”

IV. BLOCKADES ON THE RIO GRANDE

A press release from the governor’s office announced a blockade of the Rio Grande: “Governor Abbott announced additional strategies being deployed immediately to secure the border. DPS and the Texas Military Department (TMD) are preparing additional boat blockades, deploying razor-wire at low-water crossings and high-traffic areas, and installing container blockades to stem the flow of illegal crossings.”

V. BUSING ILLEGALS TO WASHINGTON, D.C.

Governor Abbott announced that he would begin busing illegal aliens to Washington, D.C. I think a better strategy would be to deport them.

But Abbott’s point is to take the illegal aliens to the seat of the Biden administration, which is facilitating their entry.

And that’s what Abbott has begun to do.

So on the morning of April 13th, the first bus arrived from Texas.

From Fox News:

A bus from Texas arrived in Washington, D.C. Wednesday morning [April 13], transporting dozens of illegal immigrants as part of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s new plan to counter federal immigration policies during an ongoing border crisis….The bus pulled up at approximately 8 a.m. local time, blocks away from the U.S. Capitol building.

Fox News has learned that they came from the Del Rio sector in Texas, after coming to the U.S. from Colombia, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Upon the bus’s arrival in Washington, D.C., individuals disembarked one by one except for family units who exited together. They checked in with officials and had wristbands they were wearing cut off before being told they could go.

According to TDEM [ Texas Division of Emergency Management ], Abbott’s plan is already working. The agency told Fox News on Monday that many of the communities that originally reached out for support – from the Rio Grande Valley to Terrell County – say the federal government stopped dropping immigrants in their towns since Abbott’s announcement on April 6.

VI. TRUCK INSPECTION AND A DEAL WITH A MEXICAN GOVERNOR

On April 7, the Texas Department of Public Safety began conducting a new form of highway inspection. These were inspections of trucks crossing into Texas from Mexico, in addition to the federal inspections.

On April 13, Governor Abbott ceased inspections on the Colombia bridge near Laredo as the result of a deal he had made with Samuel Garcia, the governor of Nuevo Leon, a Mexican state that borders Texas where the Colombia International Bridge is located.

Abbott and the 34-year old Mexican governor announced the new deal, which included a pledge to increase security and prevent illegal crossings from the Nuevo Leon side of the border.

Abbott made this statement: “President Biden must assert the national security priority that comes with being the commander-in-chief of the United States. Until then, Texas will use its own strategy to secure the border and continue to negotiate with Mexico to seek solutions.”

Should U.S. governors be negotiating with Mexican governors? Is it constitutional?

Under normal conditions a state shouldn’t be making deals with foreign powers. But we are no longer under normal conditions.

According to Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution, “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress…enter into any Agreement or Compact…with a foreign Power..unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

Have we reached that point?

We certainly are being invaded, with the encouragement and cooperation of our own federal government.

We have indeed reached the point where states should make agreements with foreign governments!!!!! The federal government under the illegitimate, very corrupt, and very mentally inept regime of the illegally installed dementia regime as they refuse to do the duty of a true commander-in-chief to protect the borders of our land!!!!! The actions of the dementia regime, every person in the regime, amount to TREASON and responsibility falls to the states to protect We the People from hostile invasion!!!!! Every member of the dementia regime and every politician who refuses to honor their oath of office should be hanged for TREASON!!!!! They are openly working for the destruction of the Constitutional Republic of the USA!!!!!!!!!!
