Spread the love

(Feb. 4, 2022) — In a Substack post Thursday night, Dr. Robert W. Malone, MD, mRNA platform inventor and one who has taken a strong position against COVID-19 vaccine mandates and censorship, wrote, “Later today or tomorrow will be the big release of the validated data discussed at the Senator Ron Johnson hearings last week.”

Malone was referencing a January 24 roundtable chaired by Johnson (R-WI) during which physicians, scientists, registered nurses, vaccine-injured individuals and an attorney contended that the government’s response to the declared COVID-19 pandemic has been misguided and harmful.

Some of the physicians who spoke described situations in which doctors advocating for early outpatient treatment of the virus are hunted down by state authorities and threatened with loss of their medical licenses.

The attorney who spoke, Thomas Renz, represents three military physicians, all of whom he identified and said provided DOD data showing that in 2021, adverse events such as chest pain, myocarditis, miscarriage and cancer incidence rose exponentially as compared to the five-year period 2016-2020.

The vaccine products, which the Biden regime mandated for the military last fall, received Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) approvals beginning on December 11, 2020 through early 2021, with the rollout initially prioritizing nursing-home patients, public health employees, and then the general elderly population.

Later, as the injections became more widely available, all adults were encouraged to receive them, ostensibly to prevent contraction and transmission of the coronavirus to end the pandemic. FDA “approval” of the vaccines has now encompassed Americans as young as five years old and contemplates consideration of shots for toddlers.

According to Johns Hopkins University & Medicine, “A typical vaccine development timeline takes 5 to 10 years, and sometimes longer, to assess whether the vaccine is safe and efficacious in clinical trials, complete the regulatory approval processes, and manufacture sufficient quantity of vaccine doses for widespread distribution.”

Early on, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) acknowledged that the COVID-19 vaccines were “experimental” in nature. Despite federal law allowing for “the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks,” the Biden regime has mandated administration of the shots to the military, with those refusing now undergoing discharge and the threat of having to return bonus pay.

In an August 30, 2021 post at Children’s Health Defense, Dr. Meryl Nass, who the state of Maine recently suspended from practicing medicine and mandated a neuropsychological exam after she advocated for early COVID treatment with therapeutics and disparaged the use of masks as ineffective, wrote:

EUA products are experimental under U.S. law. Both the Nuremberg Code and federal regulations provide that no one can force a human being to participate in this experiment. Under 21 U.S. Code Sec.360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), “authorization for medical products for use in emergencies,” it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject. Instead, potential recipients have an absolute right to refuse EUA vaccines.

Throughout 2021, a myriad of side effects ranging from arm pain to death were reported to the VAERS database for adverse vaccine events, which Renz has claimed does not reflect all the adverse events which the government’s own data show.

In a July action filed against the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Renz contended that the “public health emergency” claimed by the federal government does not exist and that the EUA vaccine authorizations should be rescinded. Renz referenced “whistleblowers” within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as having provided data demonstrating that thousands more senior citizens had died within two weeks of receiving the vaccines than the government is publicly reporting.

In regard to the DOD data, Malone wrote on Thursday:

Some very brave whistleblowers are exposing the new leaked data out of the DoD on what is happening to our servicemen. The death and disease statistics for 2021 are shocking. Later today or tomorrow will be the big release of the validated data discussed at the Senator Ron Johnson hearings last week.

I will get the data up as soon as I am able tomorrow on as many channels as I am able. Please share when I do – let’s make this viral! Stay tuned!

Everyone has a choice in this battle, this battle for good and evil. For our children’s well being. For our soldier’s well being. For our populace’s freedom. Censorship, propaganda can only last if we all let it.

Malone indicated during an appearance on “Hannity” Thursday night that “leaked” DOD “data” demonstrate that his warnings regarding risk to young, healthy people posed by the vaccines were accurate (segment begins at 17:42).

As The Post & Email reported earlier Thursday evening, Malone in an earlier post strongly suggested litigation is forthcoming over what he says is a “racketeering” enterprise carried out by the COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, social-media platforms such as Facebook and several other entities with facilitation by U.S. government agencies with the purpose of discouraging the use of inexpensive therapeutics such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin against the virus.

“Like the fraudulent and deceptive campaign to cover up the addictive and carcinogenic effects of nicotine, the fraudulent and deceptive campaign to suppress hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin as COVID treatments not only led to hideous numbers of unnecessary hospitalizations and deaths, but unlawfully caused states to incur billions of dollars in health care costs through Medicaid and Medicare,” Malone wrote.

In his later post, Malone decried the U.S. hospital system as “failing” patients and, as further criticism of the government’s pandemic response, pointed to a report issued by the Johns Hopkins Institute for Applied Economics, Global Health, and the Study of Business Enterprise showing that “lockdowns” are ineffective against spread of diseases and should not be considered as a public health measure.

Hannity, too, invoked that report on Thursday’s broadcast.

“But to speak of these issues openly, if you are a practicing physician, is grounds for loss of a license to practice medicine, losing hospital privileges and/or getting fired. To speak out means getting publicly branded as a heretic or worse, crazy,” Malone wrote.
