(Feb. 3, 2022) — Without providing specifics as to when or by whom, mRNA vaccine technology inventor Dr. Robert W. Malone, MD, in an open letter to the editor of The Daily Mail on Wednesday evening, referred to “litigation” intended to lay bare the economic and human-suffering tolls resulting from the U.S. government’s advocacy of COVID-19 vaccine products while suppressing what Malone and other physicians say is the efficacy of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.

Malone, 62, has contracted with the U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies as well as pharmaceutical companies in his work on vaccine development over the span of his career. According to publicly-available documentation presented on his website, Malone holds nine patents on mRNA technology and is currently conducting a clinical trial into the efficacy of famotidine (Pepcid) against the coronavirus.

Last year, Malone became a vocal opponent of universal COVID-19 vaccination and has recently expressed alarm and foreboding over the FDA’s encouraging of COVID-19 vaccinations for young children, who have proven virtually impervious to serious outcomes from the disease.

Malone’s letter requests “a public retraction with apology for the numerous false statements” he said were made in an article published February 2 by one Harriet Alexander. Alexander reported that Malone and another well-known physician, epidemiologist and cardiologist, Dr. Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH, made “false claims” during their recent respective interviews with podcaster Joe Rogan. Both physicians interviewed with Rogan for the full three-hour span of his show: McCullough on December 13 and Malone on December 30, aired the following day.

Alexander’s article also accused Rogan of “promoting COVID-19 misinformation” and claimed his interviews with the two physicians “sparked anger.”

In his rebuttal to Alexander’s allegations, Malone wrote that Alexander employed “undocumented hearsay” and “false” statements in many of her assertions and that he is able to support his claims as to “excess deaths” made on the Rogan broadcast through “an ongoing legal case” which he wrote “provides a nice overview concerning the excess deaths.”

The case may or may not involve Atty. Thomas Renz, who spoke at a public roundtable on Capitol Hill chaired by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) on January 24, 2022 during which he cited data provided by three named military whistleblowers demonstrating skyrocketing medical issues among the nation’s fighting forces last year as compared to the prior five-year period.

Renz has stated publicly, based on “whistleblower” reports employing government data, that the number of deaths attributed to COVID-19 vaccines far outpaces that which appears in VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System used by the CDC to monitor reports of injuries, deaths and other adverse reactions to all U.S.-manufactured vaccines.

McCullough, an academic physician with dozens of peer-reviewed articles in leading medical publications, hosts his own radio show and has spoken widely on the use of early, inexpensive treatment methods for COVID-19. He has gone as far as to claim that “crimes against humanity” are taking place as a result of the COVID-19 vaccines. Not only are the current vaccine products “obsolete” against current variants, he said in a December 31, 2021 interview with LifeSite News, but “the vaccines, at this point in time, have amounted to record mortality and injury and should be unsafe and unfit for human use.”

Both Malone and McCullough have had the virus, they have reported. Malone, who later received two injections of the Moderna product, reported a serious adverse reaction requiring medical intervention and which he said could have proved fatal.

In July, White House occupant Joe Biden announced he intended to impose a mandate for all members of the military to receive one of the COVID-19 vaccines, whether or not they were survivors of the virus. The mandate, though challenged in court, has taken effect, with various service branches having discharged or currently discharging members who have refused to take it.

In early January, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin received a “positive” result on a COVID-19 test despite his “fully vaccinated” status, Fox News reported, quoting Austin’s statement.

“All three have given me this data; I have declarations from all three; this is under penalty of perjury,” Renz told Johnson on January 24. “We intend to submit this to the courts. We have substantial data showing that we saw, for example, miscarriages increased by 300% over the five-year average, almost. We saw almost 300% increase in cancer over the five-year average…Our soldiers are being experimented on, injured and sometimes possibly killed…We need investigations…”

Earlier this week, Renz spoke with former Trump White House strategic adviser Stephen K. Bannon on his “War Room” broadcast to reiterate his claims. When questioned by Bannon as to why he had not taken the data to a prosecutor for criminal investigation given Renz’s suggestion that soldiers were knowingly being murdered, Renz responded that the data became available only within the last week. He added he would “volunteer” his time to assist any prosecutor in opening an investigation into possible criminal activity in connection with the military’s mandatory vaccine policy.

“As I said, I will volunteer my time to share everything that we have and to help make the case that these guys belong in jail,” Renz told Bannon.

In a November 1 roundtable similar to that of January 24, Johnson, one of a very few members of Congress questioning the safety and efficacy of the COVID vaccines, asked rhetorically why COVID-19 vaccine mandates should be imposed when the CDC has acknowledged that they do not prevent illness or transmission of the virus to others, vaccinated or not.

Vaccination programs have progressed from encompassing one or two shots to a third “booster” shot in the U.S., while Israel has utilized a four-shot complement amid a recent dramatic increase in cases. Virtually all Israeli adults are vaccinated.

In his letter to The Daily Mail, Malone linked to a video on Rumble produced by “Deplorable Social” presenting many of the figures and data Renz quoted during the hearing and contained a screenshot of Renz addressing Johnson during the hearing.

In July Renz filed suit against the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) on behalf of America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), requesting a preliminary injunction for the three COVID-19 vaccine products authorized under an emergency use authorization (EUA) in response to the February 4, 2020 public health emergency. In the lawsuit, Renz wrote that “the emergency declaration and its multiple renewals are illegal, since in fact there is no underlying emergency. Assuming the accuracy of Defendants’ COVID-19 death data, SARS-
CoV-2 has an overall survivability rate of 99.8% globally, which increases to 99.97% for persons under the age of 70, on a par with the seasonal flu” (p. 4).

The Rumble video Malone referenced is titled, “Terminal CWO” and subtitled, “Exposing Military Corruption.” To this writer’s knowledge, the video contains two errors in its opening moments: the date of Johnson’s hearing, which the narrator stated as “January 25, 2022,” and the claim that Renz “testified before Congress,” when in fact, Johnson was the only member of Congress conducting the hearing and those who spoke were not sworn in as during a formal hearing.

Among the points Malone made to The Daily Mail editor are:

According to overwhelming data from dozens of studies and real-world use, attested to by world-leading, Nobel Prize-winning scientists and physicians, the widespread deployment of two inexpensive and extraordinarily safe medicines, hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, in combination with other readily-accessible drugs, would have reduced U.S. COVID hospitalizations by 87.6% (https://www.ijirms.in/index.php/ijirms/article/view/1100) mortality by 74.9% (same reference ).

Among these world-leading scientists are Drs. Peter McCullough, Pierre Kory, Robert Malone and Harvey Risch, all of whom are widely-published, widely-respected, highly-credentialed experts in their fields, and all of whom have agreed to serve as experts in this litigation. We have also retained Dr. Joel Hay, an expert in health economics specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, to calculate the damages incurred by the State of Florida and other States as a result of the failure to prescribe these medicines.

Every one of these scientific experts will testify and confirm that millions of hospitalizations and roughly 75%, or 450,000, of the estimated 600,000 COVID deaths, would have been averted if hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin had been widely deployed to combat the pandemic.

Deploying these safe and effective drugs would, however, have thwarted the rollout of COVID vaccines. As a matter of express statutory law under 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(c)(3), COVID vaccines could not have received Emergency Use Authorizations, which they needed in order to be administered to the public, if there existed any “adequate, approved, and available alternative” for “preventing or treating” COVID.

As a result, parties with vested interests in the vaccines, which have already garnered billions of dollars in federal funding and generated tens of billions of dollars in personal wealth for vaccine investors, waged a systematic, deceptive, fraudulent, yet highly effective campaign to discredit hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin as COVID treatments and to prevent them from being widely used to combat the pandemic.

On January 24, 2022, Malone appeared on “The Dana Show” hosted by Dana Loesch, where he focused on Facebook (now META) by reporting his “peer-reviewed” famotidine studies were banned by the platform. “This is early on in 2020,” he said.

Malone told Loesch that Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg “has been just pushing vaccines from the outset (3:52).”

“…All the way through, Zuckerberg has been clearly pushing the fear porn…,” he said. “We have CNN executives testifying to this, that Zuckerberg was calling in to the office directly and advocating that they put up the deaths more frequently. He’s the one, together with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, that funded the attack article in The Atlantic against me.”

That article, dated August 12, 2021 and titled, “The Vaccine Scientist Spreading Vaccine Misinformation,” claims Malone is seeking “recognition” and “egging on vaccine hesitancy at a time when hospitals in the least-vaccinated parts of the country are struggling to cope with an influx of new COVID-19 patients.”

The author, Tom Bartlett, reported speaking with Malone and others at Malone’s suggestion about his background and claimed they did not corroborate Malone’s claims of their personal support of his public opposition to universal COVID-19 vaccination. “Malone has finally made his mark, by undermining confidence in the very vaccine he says wouldn’t be possible without his genius,” Bartlett wrote. “It’s a victory, of sorts, but one that he and the rest of us may come to regret.”

At the bottom of the article is noted: “The Atlantic’s COVID-19 coverage is supported by grants from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.”

Further, Malone told Loesch, “I’m in touch with various groups of lawyers that are really looking forward to the opportunity that Zuckerberg has created to take on his company, because I think he’s left himself with a huge liability. Basically, what he’s done is he’s suppressed the information that patients need to have true informed consent, so a case can be made, in my opinion, that patients who have suffered adverse events that would have been avoided if they’d been able to really get the information about the potential risks, have a court case against Zuckerberg and his company, as well as Twitter…”

“If they block information that relates to potential adverse events…that is clearly suppressing the information about risks, and I think they’re probably going to find themselves legally liable even though the pharma has been absolved of any liability through the indemnification,” he continued.

That reference was to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which extended liability protection for vaccine injuries and other adverse events to manufacturers to incentivize them to continue their research and development.

However, Malone included COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers among those taking part in a “fraudulent campaign” to “thwart the use of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin,” which he wrote in his letter rise to the level of flouting federal “racketeering” laws.

“Among the private parties complicit in this fraudulent campaign were the manufacturers of the U.S.-authorized COVID vaccines—Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson—as well as Merck, Bill Gates, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Glaxo Smith Kline, the Wellcome Trust, and major social media platforms, prominently including Facebook (whose CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, holds massive financial interests in for-profit vaccine companies), all of whom will potentially be named as defendants,” Malone wrote in a bullet point. “Other complicit individuals include numerous governmental officials, including White House medical advisor and NIAID Director Anthony Fauci, FDA Acting Director Janet Woodcock, former Director of Operation Warp Speed Moncef Slaoui, and Rick Bright, former Director of Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), who will not be defendants due to governmental immunity doctrines but who will be named as willing co-conspirators.”

“Like the fraudulent and deceptive campaign to cover up the addictive and carcinogenic effects of nicotine, the fraudulent and deceptive campaign to suppress hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin as COVID treatments not only led to hideous numbers of unnecessary hospitalizations and deaths, but unlawfully caused states to incur billions of dollars in health care costs through Medicaid and Medicare,” Malone asserted in the letter.

The final bullet point in Malone’s pointed letter reads:

History will record the failure to use hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin against the pandemic as one of the greatest tragedies and crimes of our era. This lawsuit will be a first step toward holding accountable those who were responsible and forcing them to pay for a small part of the havoc they wreaked.

Malone concluded his remarks to the editor with, “Spreading medical disinformation endangers patient lives. In the future, the Daily Mail would be better served by employing experienced medical writers when reviewing information provided by highly qualified medical and scientific experts.”
