Dr. David Martin, PhD, interview with “COVID Revealed” host Patrick Gentempo, Episode 5

(Dec. 5, 2021) — In Episode 5 of the docu-series, “COVID Revealed,” host Patrick Gentempo speaks with Dr. David Martin, PhD, founder of M-CAM International, who has been closely following the COVID-19 “pandemic” and believes it to be a manufactured event.

Launched on November 30, the docu-series has been presented in episodes each evening beginning at 9:00 p.m. EST/6:00 p.m. PST which are available for free viewing for a 24-hour period.

As of this writing, Episode 5 is available for approximately seven more hours.

Martin’s biography states:

As a spokesperson for global financial and intangible asset accountability and quality reform, Dr. Martin has worked closely with the United States Congress and numerous trade and financial regulatory agencies in the United States, Europe, and Asia in advocating and deploying infrastructure to support growing reliance on contract and proprietary rights in business transactions. Under the leadership of Dr. Martin, M·CAM® has supported the modernization of banking, intangible asset, tax, and accounting laws through its work with oversight agencies and policy makers. This work included work with the United States Congress, the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the United States Departments of the Treasury and Commerce, the European Union and many other countries. Dr. Martin received his undergraduate (BA) from Goshen College, his Masters of Science from Ball State University, and his Doctorate (PhD) from the University of Virginia.

Early in the interview, Martin made the case that EcoHealth Alliance founder Dr. Peter Daszak, a veterinarian, steered the pandemic narrative after he stated publicly in 2015 and 2016:

“We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.”

In an October 2021 post, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) admitted to funding the EcoHealth Alliance through a subsidiary, the National Institutes of Allergy & Infectious Disease (NIAID), which has been chaired for many years by Dr. Anthony S. Fauci. At the same time, the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China was granted funding, the press release states, with the purpose “to understand how animal coronaviruses, especially bat coronaviruses, evolve naturally in the environment and have the potential to become transmissible to the human population.”

It has been strongly suggested that the WIV gave birth to the COVID-19 virus and pandemic through its “gain-of-function” research on bat coronaviruses. On November 5, 2021, The New York Post reported:

A letter from Lawrence Tabak, the National Institutes of Health’s principal deputy director, to Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) confirms that the NIH funded research at the WIV during 2018-2019 that manipulated a bat coronavirus called WIV1. Researchers at the institute grafted spike proteins from other coronaviruses onto WIV1 to see if the modified virus was capable of binding in a mouse that possessed the ACE2 receptors found in humans — the same receptor to which SARS-CoV-2 binds. The modified virus reproduced more rapidly and made infected humanized mice sicker than the unmodified virus.

Starting in 2014, the NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci, funded the New York-based research nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance with annual grants through 2020 for “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.”

Martin claimed “the agency of government” has been “abused” by the promotion of “the narrative” surrounding COVID-19, which was declared a “global pandemic” by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020.

At approximately the 30:00 mark, Martin pointed to the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (GPMB), which wrote in its September 2019 report, Martin said, “that we need to create a worldwide experience of an intentional or accidental release of a respiratory pathogen published in September of 2019 and the exercise had to be completed by September 2020 and the milestone of completion for that exercise was the development of a universal vaccine platform.”

The GPMB “is co-convened” by the WHO and the World Bank, its website states, with the two groups “joining forces to strengthen global health security” in 2018.

An excerpt from page 2 of the referenced report states:

Countries, donors and multilateral institutions must be prepared for the worst.

A rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen (whether naturally emergent or accidentally or deliberately released) poses additional preparedness
requirements. Donors and multilateral institutions must ensure adequate investment in developing innovative vaccines and therapeutics, surge manufacturing capacity,
broad-spectrum antivirals and appropriate non-pharmaceutical interventions. All countries must develop a system for immediately sharing genome sequences of
any new pathogen for public health purposes along with the means to share limited medical countermeasures across countries.

In the right-hand column on the same page, the report states:

Progress indicator(s) by September 2020

• Donors and countries commit and identify timelines for: financing and development of a universal influenza vaccine, broad spectrum antivirals, and targeted therapeutics. WHO and its Member States develop options for standard procedures and timelines for sharing of sequence data, specimens, and medical countermeasures for pathogens other than influenza.

Martin claimed Fauci, who has been the face of the pandemic in the U.S. and beyond, sits on the board of the GPMB. As of this writing, Fauci is listed as a “previous” board member.

The date of Martin’s interview with Gentempo is not disclosed, although in Episode 4, an interview with Dr. Bryan Ardis was said to have been conducted in April of this year.

As for preparation for a global pandemic of a “financial” nature, the GPMB wrote on page 3:

Financing institutions must link preparedness with financial risk planning.

To mitigate the severe economic impacts of a national or regional epidemic and/or a global pandemic, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank must urgently renew their efforts to integrate preparedness into economic risk and institutional
assessments, including the IMF’s next cycle of Article IV consultations with countries and the World Bank’s next Systematic Country Diagnostics for International Development Association (IDA) credits and grants. Funding replenishments of the IDA, Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (Global Fund), and Gavi should include explicit commitments regarding preparedness.

Gavi” is an international organization funded in part by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the WHO. Its stated mission is “to save lives and protect people’s health by increasing equitable and sustainable use of vaccines.”

According to the World Economic Forum, which advocates for “The Great Reset,” “The World Bank is a vital source of financial and technical assistance to developing countries around the world. It is not a bank in the ordinary sense but a unique partnership to reduce poverty and support development. The World Bank Group comprises five institutions managed by their member countries. Established in 1944, the World Bank Group is headquartered in Washington DC. It has more than 10,000 employees in more than 120 offices worldwide.”

After initially denying the funding of gain-of-function research, in a May congressional hearing, Fauci admitted to having provided money to the WIV for “a modest collaboration with very respectable Chinese scientists who were world experts on coronavirus.”

During the interview, Martin questioned the “existence” of COVID-19 given that many of those allegedly infected are asymptomatic. A “campaign of terror,” he said, has proceeded by way of “a marketing program” bolstered by imposed “six-foot social distancing” and “hyped” by the media, as Daszak had called for.

“…When you’re creating an illusion, you actually don’t want these questions to be either asked or answered because this is not the point…we’re going to create all these cues, and then what we’re going to do is tell the population, ‘Be afraid’ all the time.”

“This had nothing to do with a pathogen; it had everything to do with a profit,” Martin said.

Update, 7:52 p.m. EST: At approximately 1:05:00, Martin indicates the interview took place in “late July 2021.”
