(Nov. 30, 2021) — A tweet from America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) founder Dr. Simone Gold, MD, JD Tuesday afternoon suggests the abrupt resignation of the White House “Vaccinations Coordinator” early last week was spurred by a legal motion alleging improper coordination between the federal government and healthcare provider Kaiser Permanente, where the now-former vaccinations chief had previously served as an executive.
On December 30, 2020, Dr. Bechara Choucair announced he would join Joe Biden’s effort “to ensure an efficient, equitable, and effective roll out” of the COVID-19 vaccines prepared under President Donald J. Trump’s effort known as Operation Warp Speed (OWS). On November 21, Bloomberg was the first to report that Choucair would leave his post the following day.
On October 7, two law firms, one from Idaho and the other from California, filed suit against Kaiser in their representation of United KP Freedom Alliance and several individuals opposing the company’s mandate that all of its employees take the coronavirus vaccine as a condition of employment.
Page 7 of the suit states:
Kaiser has both set state and federal policy for COVID vaccines and has carried that policy out. Kaiser has worked in partnership with state and federal government to develop and implement the policy complained of herein. Kaiser is, in fact, acting jointly with, and for and on behalf of, both the State of California and the Federal Government.

In January of 2021, Kaiser’s Chief Health Officer, Bechara Choucair, was
selected by the Biden Administration “to be the nation’s COVID vaccine coordinator.”5 As of October 5, 2021, he is still listed as an executive on Kaiser’s website.6
Further on pages 7-8, the suit claims that Kaiser employees comprise a majority on the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), which advises the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) in its consideration of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for new vaccines.
Additionally, the plaintiffs state, Kaiser holds a majority of the positions on the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD), launched in 1990 “to monitor the safety of vaccines and conduct studies about rare and serious adverse events following immunization.”
According to the CDC, which holds one of the nine VSD seats, “The Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) is a collaborative project between CDC’s Immunization Safety Office and nine health care organizations…”
As to the group’s operation, the CDC reports that, “The VSD uses electronic health data from each participating site. This includes information on vaccines: the kind of vaccine given to each patient, date of vaccination, and other vaccinations given on the same day. The VSD also uses information on medical illnesses that have been diagnosed at doctors’ offices, urgent care visits, emergency department visits, and hospital stays. The VSD conducts vaccine safety studies based on questions or concerns raised from the medical literature and reports to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). When there are new vaccines that have been recommended for use in the United States or if there are changes in how a vaccine is recommended, the VSD will monitor the safety of these vaccines.”
The CDC confirms that Kaiser comprises five of the nine members of the VSD.
On October 29, plaintiffs’ lawyers and AFLDS filed a Petition for Preliminary Injunction “to prevent Kaiser Permanente from implementing its mandatory vaccine mandate for all employees.”
“The PI argues that the mandate is not supportable on a number of legal and medically factual grounds,” the AFLDS press release states. “To make the case, world class experts attested to the scientific facts that the vaccines are not remotely a public health measure. They are a personal treatment option only, and as such the Court must enjoin the mandate. The science is overwhelming that the inoculations are personal choice only. In addition, Kaiser Permanente heavily coordinated with the Federal and State governments in order to illegally create a condition of industrywide unemployability.”
In a November 2 video, Gold explained the origins of the lawsuit and Motion for Preliminary Injunction. “What’s at stake here is thousands and thousands of people losing their jobs,” Gold said. “…There’s a lot of factual basis to show that Kaiser and the government worked hand-in-hand, hand-in-glove, in a way that’s illegal. Kaiser’s not the government, and the government is not Kaiser, but they’re acting as though they’re one entity…”
The Post & Email was unable to find a document in the suit dated or entered November 18, 2021. However, a tweet of Gold’s with that date was replicated in her remarks today.
An inquiry sent to Kaiser National Media Relations as to whether or not Choucair holds any position at present did not receive a response by press time. However, his photo does not appear on the “Leadership team” page.
12/4/2021, To aflds. We as employees were forced to take vaccines in order to work there and this goes back to at least the early 90s. Pregnant employees too, where we have that list and it’s a long one. Kaiser wanted to get a patent vaccine for mrsa, while allowing mrsa in its hospitals and clinics to an all out spread here in Sacramento. Kaiser is in deep with the U S government to give it opinions on medical care for decades, thanks to California legislators including Californian DC senators for decades. Kaiser is in all pockets of the U S government for many decades. We’ve got Kaiser’s literal map of its goal to the U S Treasury which its many hundreds of billions of dollars is from the U S government including the VA and Medicare. Kaiser has been allowed to commit many crimes because of the California legislators including some deviant military. I’ve given you some info but there is so much more. Kaiser older women and women in general are the targets to be gotten rid of in what I believe to be the most heinous, including using patients as surgical guinea pigs and we have a living patient who’s proved Kaiser’s evil ways on women and minorities. Yes, we have Kaiser’s dark secrets and because of these California legislators, there is no government over site at all and for these legislators to not go after kaiser all of these years with testimony as far back as 1989 California legislative hearing, giving the same info directly to then President Clinton in 1993 at then McCLellan AFB. and complaints to go unanswered, is to me, an abomination. I just cannot accept that kaiser has been allowed to be in existence this long. By the way, kaiser has a stash of hydrocloriquine and it’d be interesting if kaiser doctors Rx’ed any of this med to its patients with covid 19 even and after the 2nd protocol to admit their Covid 19 patients. I’ve tried to expose kaiser many times, even running for congress and state of California Dept of Insurance Commission. I’m all over the internet under Irene Padilla and Dina Padilla with live testimony in various legislative hearings. Believe me, I’m a scourge to kaiser and I believe that on 9/10/11, I was a victim of attempted murder because I wanted accountability from the Fraud Assessment Commission on how money from self insured corporations was spent on its targets , injured disabled worker like myself. My story is long but along with others, my goal was and is to expose kaiser for its many it’s crimes of eradication against patients and its employees, mostly women and other minorities. While what I say may sound extreme, I firmly believe kaiser is the medical extension of the U S Government and do the same thing as the Nazis did in WW11 and using the same evil ways all the while getting paid hundreds of billions of dollars from the USGoverment to do it all. I’ve written to you a short time ago but now adding critical info about the U S Government sponsored and paid evil kaiser.
