(Nov. 12, 2021) — There are many in the United States Congress who have and are supporting ex-president Donald Trump in his many continuing attempts to overturn his election loss and failed attempt to seize the U.S. Capitol Building January 6th 2021 by mob action Insurrection.
Those congressional members who have and remain pledged in their support of the ex-president and the anarchist January 6th mob have put themselves in jeopardy, in conflict with the American people and their sworn Congressional Oath to “..defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic…”
5 U.S.C. §3331. Oath of office for members of Congress. An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: “I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” This section does not affect other oaths required by law.
14th Amendment. Section 3. “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who had previously taken an Oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House remove such disability.”
Merriam Webster; insurrection. an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government.
It is, therefore, evident Congressional legislators who openly supported an insurrection are considered a 14th Amendment “disability” to a functioning Congress and to this country. Some 175 members voting against any congressional insurrection inquiry, as guilty as those who engaged in an insurrection of the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6th 2021. If Congress for the “purpose of evasion” does nothing the “disability” remains.

One could say the same exact things about Congressional legislators who completely ignored the 500+ riots in cities all across America by ANTIFA anarchists and BLM racists during their “Summer of Love” protests…including week long violent rioting at the White House highlighted by at least two attempts to assassinate President Trump (causing the Secret Service to rush him and his family to the underground bunker) and the Capitol building.
