The OSHA Covid-19 “mandate” is a totalitarian, authoritarian attempted takeover of people’s personal medical decisions and autonomy. There is no proof the vaccines work in that transmission of the virus has continued after millions of Americans have taken one, two, or even three shots. According to many leading doctors, the Covid vaccines are “leaky” and have actually caused the mutation of the virus into the variants we are seeing today. Many of the same physicians also say the current vaccines are already outdated because they are ineffective against such variants.

One only has to look in the VAERS database each week to see the number of deaths and serious injuries believed to have stemmed from these awful vaccines, which are actually gene therapy, according to Dr. Robert W. Malone, the inventor of mRNA technology. Look it up. Many of the injuries are permanent and have caused doctors, nurses, and people from all walks of life to suffer complete disability. Equally bad is that the vaccine manufacturers cannot be held liable since the products are designated for “Emergency Use Authorization” only.

On that point, no one has a right to mandate that anyone take these products since they remain under EUA and not full FDA approval. Contrary to what the Biden regime has said, there is no product available in the United States today which is fully approved; the Pfizer-BioNTech product known as “Comirnaty” is not available here at this time. In fact, that product actually did not receive full approval; what was approved was a Biologics License Application (BLA) with a number of caveats for testing, reporting, labeling and distribution over the next several years. That product, and its predecessor, Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine, are “legally distinct,” according to the FDA, which means that while the “approved” product would carry legal liability for injuries and deaths, the product issued under EUA does not, and that is the one which continues to be administered in the United States.

It has been reported that vials of the Pfizer EUA product are being relabeled as “Comirnaty” for administration to the military, which would be a felony.

No one should be forced to put anything into his or her body at any time, but particularly when the risks of adverse events, including death, are so glaring and yet hidden from the public by the very agencies expected to protect them. Vaccine mandates have hurt much of our population and will result in the loss of millions of jobs and livelihoods. If the current vaccines were effective, it wouldn’t matter how many people received it; each individual taking it could rest assured that he/she is protected. The fervor over everyone taking it to protect everyone else is unscientific, irrational and irresponsible.

Question: What did the Founding Fathers (FF) do to stop the tyrannical trains of abuse?
Answer: Enacted Natural Law and stood up to these onslaughts of violations of natural rights in their day.

Done! I sent my comments to OSHA alerting them to the fact that we know that they know that their ETS on the vaccines are bulldozing through the Nuremberg Codes, that set the standards for the practices of medical experimentation on people. It is common knowledge that these Codes were created to prevent any repeat of the horrendous crimes of medical experimentation performed by the Nazis on a helpless people.
Also, that they are cognizant that the same ETS is flagrantly violating national HIPPA laws that guarantee all persons in the US strict confidence and privacy of their medical history and records.
It also coerces doctors to ignore their Hippocratic Oath and deny early, effective and inexpensive treatments for the virus; to violate their patients privacy by publicizing their vaccination status to employers, bureaucrats and other non medical entities.
Finally, that their ETS is ignoring conflicting, manipulated, and unsettled scientific data on the “scamdemic ” and it related issues; that it contradicts common sense in its stances that in medicine “one size fits all”, that the vaccines will eradicate the virus; and that it is saddling private businesses with intolerable financial burdens to engage in governmental responsibilities of the enforcement and monitoring of this ridiculous ETS!

The Nuremberg Code isn’t applicable to OSHA because no one, including the United States, has codified it. It is purely aspirational.

HIPAA (one P, two A’s) also isn’t applicable to OSHA because it isn’t disclosing any medical records, nor is it requiring any doctor to disclose medical records.

OSHA also isn’t preventing any treatment.

An OSHA edict is not a legislated law, because it was not passed in accordance with the US Constitution. All presidential Executive Orders are procedural instructions that explain how to carry out an existing law – such as how many reams of paper and paper clips to purchase to carry-out that law – no more.
