(Sep. 29, 2021) — U.S. Constitutional Article II Presidential Eligibility Expert, Attorney Mario Apuzzo is in the Hospital with CoVID-19 and Pneumonia. He is in the CentraState Health Care System Hospital in Freehold NJ. When I called the hospital they told me he was currently in the ICU “Step Down” Unit #18. He cannot be visited or contacted at this time. I ask all who read this to extend your thoughts and prayers for Mario and his family and pray for his quick recovery and return to full health.

Despite being 78, overweight, diabetic and having Chronic/Congestive Heart Failure, I survived COVID-19 after two weeks in the hospital…the first 3 days “On the fence” just a few hours from being put on a ventilator. Although I still suffer from a lack of energy and occasional shortness of breath, I’m very much alive and kicking! I beat COVID-19 — You can too!

My deepest prayers are with my friend Mario and his family. May God heal him and bless him abundantly for all the legal work he has done to save our republic from imposters and frauds.
This is not fair. What an honorable man and a true patriot. Mario stood fast for the Constitution and fought hard to protect the rule of law and our Founding principles. I always enjoyed talking to him because of his integrity, honesty and courage to fight for what was right. Such a decent man. I pray that he will recover fully. God bless Mario. Hi Mario,
“Hi Mario” is how I started my posts on his Natural Born Citizen blog for many years (https://puzo1.blogspot.com).
I never met him, but he has always been friendly to me on my posts. Probably because I have always been friendly to him in the way I commented about his posts. He always wrote comprehensively and articulated clearly. Mario is an erudite teacher who rarely needs to clarify his points.
For example, the bedrock definition of who is eligible to be president which I learned from reading Mario’s articles is simple to articulate:
_a “natural born Citizen” has
_only singular U. S. citizenship
_only by birth alone
_only on U. S. soil to
_only two U. S. citizen parents
_only married to each other
_only before their child is born.
For understanding eligibility to be U. S. president, what could be clearer than that? Right?

The U. S. Congress and the U. S. Supreme Court need help in understanding the original genesis reason for John Jay underling the word “born” in “natural born Citizen” in his July 25, 1787 thank-you note to his good friend General George Washington, the president of the constitutional convention.
