“Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ the place to hear it here first. We’re at an address in Washington, DC, to interview a Mr. Hawk. Excuse me, Miss, but could you direct me to Mr. Hawk’s office?”
“Why, be more than glad to. Take the elevator to the top floor and you’re there.”
“No kidding? Top floor? He must be some kind of bigwig.”
“Mr. Hawk could very well be the most important person in the government; did you know that? Matter of fact, this is the ONLY government agency that even comes close to telling the truth.”
“Really? But what about all the others?”
“They all lie, and none more than the Joint Chiefs of Staff, although the GAO – that would be the Government Accountability Office – tries pretty darn hard to be number one.”
“I better get on up there or I’ll be late for my appointment. Thanks for helping me.”
“Don’t mention it. Glad to be of some assistance.”
“What do you say we listen to some elevator music?”
“Mandy” (3:34)
“Okay, we’ve reached the top floor. Excuse me…”
“Go right in; he’s waiting for you.”
“Right on the dot. Welcome to the land of the truth, Professor Zorkophsky.”
“Thank you, Mr. Hawk, or should I call you Director Hawk? And please call me ‘Zork’; I feel it makes for a more relaxing atmosphere.”
“’Mr. Hawk’ will do, Zork. Now, how may I help you?”
“What do you do here? I mean, what is the Department called and what do you do?”
“I’m so glad you asked that question, Zork, really I am. But I’m not going to answer you in the usual way; I’m not going to bother you with what our budget was a couple of years ago compared to now. I mean, what would be the point?”
“You tell me.”
“And I will, I mean, I am. You see, Zork — may I call you “Zork’? – we’re not called ‘There’s Only ONE Gov. Agency that is Truthful’ for nothing.”
“You mean this is for real? That’s your real name? But why?”
“Because, simply put, there’s got to be somewhere that the people can go to for the truth. Here, let me explain.”
“I wish you would.”
“As an example, let’s say the CDC issues the statement that the Chinese chemical warfare COVID-19 vaccine is safe and not to worry. Well, we step in and tell you to worry.”
“Really? Give us another one.”
“The Navy says that their new submarine will top off at $1 billion, but in reality the price tag will be $5 billion.”
“But we don’t need you to tell us that the government lies to us.”
“No, you don’t, but we get paid while making it official.”
“Making what ‘official?’”
“Everything.”
“Everything?”
“As in if you figure everything the government tells you is a lie. The longest ongoing lie by our government is that of the Supreme Court Justices (or any judge) are somehow knowledgeable in interpreting the Constitution, which exposes our weak link: judges. You see, judges rule, not by right or wrong, but by political decree. I’ll cite you a good example (sadly, a common story): police arrest illegal immigrant child molester; molester is tried and found guilty; judge releases convicted child molester back onto the streets; child molester is rearrested after murdering a child; judge deports the murdering child molester back to Mexico from which he returns and DOES IT ALL OVER AGAIN. So much for our ’free trade treaty’ with Mexico and others south of the border.”
“Wow. Well, now, that’s a lot to think about, so now is the time we’ll be saying goodnight: Goodnight.

It’s very difficult for me to remain hopeful, especially since “Bob68” is about to become “Bob78”. Years pass and what’s wrong with America becomes more and more obvious……..but when 98% of the media says otherwise it seems the majority of Americans just keep believing their lies………..

Truthfully, for real, seriously, Stevie Ray Vaughan’s “Lenny” reminds me of Mozart, and you can’t, in my truthful die-hard opinion, get any better than Mozart.
Call it layers, or multiple levels, or depth, but it’s like Mozart came back to life for this one absolutely beautiful piece of music.
I hope y’all make the effort to choose a relaxing time to listen to it, I guarantee you’ll be glad you did.
