(Dec. 16, 2020) — On Tuesday’s edition of Fox Business’s “Mornings with Maria” host Maria Bartiromo told guest Alan Dershowitz that a source in the intelligence community “told me President Trump did, in fact, win the election.”
Although locating numerous blog posts on Bartiromo’s eye-opening statement, The Post & Email was unable to find the original video at Fox Business or on YouTube.
One week ago, prior to the casting of votes by members of the 2020 Electoral College on Monday, YouTube declared that it would remove all videos suggesting that the presidential election was tainted by fraud. Without questioning users’ right to free speech, many in the mainstream media agreed with YouTube that such content was “misleading.”
On Wednesday evening, a spokesman for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) tweeted that there would be a delay in a report scheduled for release on Friday in accordance with a September 2018 executive order mandating it within 45 days of the election given that it was a “federal” election.
According to Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn (Ret), who served as Trump’s first national-security adviser, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe likely is in possession of what Flynn told Bartiromo on Sunday is “conclusive evidence of foreign interference in our elections” specific to the November 3 election.
After the media announced Democratic challenger Joe Biden as the “projected” winner of the election on November 7, Biden claimed victory, assumed the “Office of the President Elect” title, activated his transition team, and has since begun forming his would-be cabinet.
Trump has not conceded, but rather, insisted that widespread “fraud” “stole” the election from him.
According to Bartiromo, her source further told her that it was his/her assessment that “it is up to the Supreme Court to hear suits from other cases across the country to stop the clock” in response to the court’s declination to hear a case arising in Texas against Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia, all of which utilized Dominion Voting Systems equipment to some degree and were considered “swing” states in this year’s election.
According to The Palmieri Report, fuller commentary from Bartiromo during the segment Tuesday reads, “Following that rejection of the Texas lawsuit, the president still maintains that the race is not over. And I spoke with one source high up in the intel community, and he said this, Alan, he said, ‘Trump did win. There was election fraud, but to prove it requires the FBI and the DOJ to drill down on all of the election fraud issues related to voter and ballot issues. They’re not doing it because the wrong people run the place, and they didn’t want Trump to win. Now they’ve run out the clock with the Electoral College here.”
The Post & Email is surmising that a closure of the internal quotation should appear after the word “here.”
A recent analysis of Dominion machines in one Michigan county reported an extremely high error rate far exceeding Federal Election Commission (FEC) standards, in response to which the media and Michigan secretary of state’s office have refuted the report’s claims as well as attempting to dispel allegations of “widespread fraud.”
Without disclosing it, WNLS lifted many paragraphs of text wholesale from the secretary of state’s official statement in “reporting” about the report issued by Russell Ramsland, co-founder of the Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG).
Within days of the election, Ramsland provided an on-camera interview in which he summarized an election-integrity project he said his company conducted, culminating in the November 3 elections and demonstrating, according to Ramsland, that hundreds of thousands of “votes” for Biden were injected into the returns registered from voting on November 3 in “5 Key Battleground States,” which included Michigan (46:58).
In regard to “election fraud,” ASOC states on its website:
One of our greatest liberties as American Citizens is the right to vote and have our voices heard. And when this freedom is tampered with, we must fight to protect it.
Allied Security Operations Group has become a center of expertise in investigating and proving up vulnerabilities in U.S. election equipment and reporting. We have become a “go-to” source of information for local, state, and federal election officials, politicians, law enforcement, media outlets, and ordinary citizens. We will be updating our site with interviews and resources from our Election Fraud experts.
The website’s home page states that its employees emanate from the “Department of Defense, Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, and the Central Intelligence Agency.”
Earlier on Wednesday, Catherine Herridge of CBS News reported that Ratcliffe “has “told CBS News that there was foreign election interference by China, #Iran, and Russia in November of this year ,” which mirrors a claim Powell made in both public statements and court filings.
“A public report” from Ratcliffe will be forthcoming “in January,” Herridge said. That claim belies assertions made by former Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) Director Chris Krebs in sworn testimony to the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee on Wednesday as well as a statement CISA issued on its website on November 12.
