(Dec. 1, 2020) — On Tuesday Phil Kline, president of The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, gave a 96-minute press conference in which he related numerous instances of voter fraud in the November 3, 2020 election.
Amistad has filed lawsuits in at least six states challenging the declared election results.
Kline, a former attorney general of Kansas and district attorney, reported that his organization has been researching election integrity for approximately 18 months and that those volunteering to come forward to share their eyewitness observations, who sat on either side of him as he spoke, did so at great personal risk.
Kline’s presser took place on the same day that U.S. Attorney General William Barr reportedly said his department and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) “To date,” “have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election” after allegedly investigating “specific complaints” of fraud.
At the 4:00 mark, Kline said that eyewitnesses reported that on October 21, between 130,000 and 280,000 “completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, NY to Lancaster, PA, where those ballots, and the trailer in which they were shipped, disappeared.” and “disappeared,” along with the transport trailer.
He also reported that “on several occasions, completed ballots were shipped form a postal facility in Bethpage, NY” which has does not normally receive incoming mail.
Kline said he has reported his organization’s findings to law enforcement authorities and local district attorneys.
One witness, Ethan Pease, a USPS subcontractor, Kline said, observed on October 21 that “ballots were being gathered on November 4th and backdated on November third, tens of thousands of ballots to be delivered and counted by postal workers in the facility.”
Invoking reports of election observers’ ejection from polling places on November 3, Kline said, “We’re experienced an unprecedented election in American history where America was kicked out of the counting room.” (8:00)
Kline showed a chart compiled by researchers showing that nearly 30,000 “Republican” ballots in Georgia were “returned” to polling locations but “not counted.”
Democrat Joe Biden “won” Georgia over President Donald Trump by 12,670 votes, according to Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger’s office.
