by Sharon Rondeau
(Apr. 18, 2020) — An unusually warm and virtually snowless winter led to an early spring, but it was short-lived. With temperatures in the 40s and 50s through most of January, February, and March, the month of April has had some unwelcome surprises.
What a difference six days makes!

The weather, and the world, are upside-down.
