Hydroxychloroquine as a Crime Against Humanity?

HAS THE MEDIA LOST ITS MIND, IF IT HAD ONE?

(Apr. 7, 2020) — One of Jules Verne’s best novels was “Journey to the Center of the Earth.”  There is little doubt that this book (or the Hollywood DVD) has become the favorite “shelter-in-place” reading/video for large swaths of the mainstream media, Democrat politicians and leftist “contributors” to websites like MSNBC.

This, naturally, is because daily they produce more and more proof of a talent for digging their pit deeper… and deeper… and deeper.  They are not quite to the center of the Earth…, yet…, but their Trump Derangement Syndrome (“TDS”) compass continues to guide them in that direction.

The latest example of the excavating insanity now dominating the Left comes in the form of a threat by Democrat Ohio state legislative representative Tavia Galonski to bring President Trump before the International Criminal Court (“ICC)”) at The Hague, Netherlands for his purported “crimes against humanity.”

Galonski, a “senior advisor” to the Biden (… who?) campaign, would seek the prosecution and conviction of President Trump for the “crime against humanity” consisting of…, wait for it …, wait for it: saying optimistic things about the drug hydroxychloroquine as a weapon in the war against the Wuhan/COVID-19 pandemic.

Seriously?  Has this creature lost her mind?  Wait…, wait…, that is unlikely, since it would presume she had a mind in the first place to later lose.  One cannot lose that which one never possessed.  My bad…, mea culpa.

Apart from the fact that the ICC has no jurisdiction over such a petition by Galonski herself, since only “states” (i.e., nations) can recommend charges or, in limited circumstances, the ICC “Pre-Trial Chamber” on the recommendation of a person, her petition likely would be summarily dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.  And that doesn’t even take into consideration the rejection by the United States of the ICC’s jurisdiction under the “Rome Statute.”  Galonski, being a graduate of the University of Akron law school, should know better.  Plainly, this is exclusively intended to be nothing but a TDS tantrum.   One is reminded again of the John Wayne truism.

Further festooning her lunatic proposal, one Glenn Kirschner, a “legal analyst” for MSNBC and a former federal prosecutor, offered up his own chirp suggesting “negligent homicide” as a basis for targeting President Trump at the ICC.  Earlier in his career, Kirschner worked for Robert Mueller III (yes, Virginia…, that Robert Mueller) and claims that “Mueller was probably the single best supervisor I ever worked for.”  Wow, that makes your humble servant even more reverent of Kirshner’s opinions spewed out on MSNBC.

He boldly tweets that President Trump’s conduct “easily satisfies all 3 [sic] elements of involuntary manslaughter. In fact, his gross negligence is beginning to look more like conduct evincing a ‘conscious disregard of an extreme risk of death/serious bodily injury = the standard for depraved heart/2nd degree murder.’”

Next thing you know, Kirschner will issue a tweet correcting his prior petard by arguing that the correct charge would be premeditated first degree murder.  The revised Kirschner message might claim that, since Trump was intentionally and with premeditated malice endangering lives by suggesting the use of hydroxychloroquine as a palliative or illness-mitigating substance, first degree murder had taken place.

Oh…, and forget about the fact that Kirschner had previously stated that “I think it’s fair to observe that there’s nothing more devestating [sic] to a family then [sic] losing a loved one to ether violent crime or to an illness that could have been prevented or mitigated.” (Emphasis added)  And forget that a growing body of empirical evidence starts to back up the value of the drug in the fight.

These are Americans?  These are the “patriots” we need at a time when the pandemic – and the increasingly apparent overkill shutdown “cure” being advocated by the CDC/Fauci/Birx triumvirate – continues to cripple the nation?  Really?  REALLY?  Galonski and Kirschner are not patriots: they are parasites on a constitutional republic.  They are the intellectual termites your humble servant has criticized in the past and will continue to criticize into the future.  Stated, otherwise, the Democrats need to be booted from office in November.  Full stop.

As for hydroxychloroquine, it will be interesting to see whether (or not) some combination of medications, including that one, end up becoming the tip of the spear that drives deep into the heart of the Wuhan/COVID-19 pestilence.  It will also be interesting to see whether (or not) British Prime Minister Boris Johnson – recently hospitalized as virus-positive and now in an intensive care unit in London – becomes the first world leader to be prescribed the medication.  The smart money says that he will.

There is a free course, one that I am enrolled in, being offered by Med Cram on SARS-Cov-2, the coronavirus that causes Covid-19. Current studies have indicated that diagnosis of Covid-19 can be better ascertained by doing BOTH a CT Scan of the lungs (97% sensitive in showing Covid-19) and swab testing (which is only 71% sensitive). Some people who receive a “negative” finding on the nasal swab test are actually positive. The CT scan is a must in order to properly rule out infection with the SARS-Cov-2. There is hope. Combinations of certain medications such as Hydroxycloroquine, Azithromycin and Zinc as well as the supplementation of Vitamin D are recommended. People who live in hot temperatures produce Vitamin D by exposure to sunlight. In colder regions many people have Vitamin D deficiencies. There are many anti-viral drugs that interfere with Coronavirus RNA replication thereby shutting the virus down. The virus commandeers one’s on cells and uses one’s own cells to replicate, spewing large numbers of copies of itself. Interference of the process by which the viruses replicates, stops the virus in it’s tracks. I strongly advise anyone with an interest in how the virus works to commandeer our own bodies amino acid production assembly line to reproduce itself, enroll in the Med Cram course. Again, it is free.

A recent study in France gave credence and promise to the use of Hydroxycloroquine and Azithromycin. See: “Hydroxycloroquine and Azithromycin as treatment for Covid-19: results of an open label non randomized clinical trial”. Source: Didier Raoult, et al Didier.raoult@gmail.com.

It was France that reported to the world that they were finding efficacious, the use of Hydroxycloroquine and Azithromycin. See: Hydroxycloroquine and Azithromycin as a treatment for Covid-19: results of an open label non randomized clinical trial.
Didier Raoult, Didier.raoult@gmail.com., et al. Trump’s endorsement of it’s use in the U.S.A. is an act of compassion and love of country. We DO, after all, have the “Right to Try” Act. It is a crime against Humanity to advocate not using it.
