SENT TO 50 SECRETARIES OF STATE

by Sharon Rondeau

(Aug. 13, 2019) — On Saturday, New York State citizen Robert Laity reported that he contacted all 50 Secretaries of State on the matter of presidential eligibility, particularly as it concerns the “natural born Citizen” requirement in Article II of the U.S. Constitution.

For more than a decade, Laity has expressed his belief, through a combination of letter-writing, the filing of lawsuits, and contacting the White House and Attorney General William Barr, that Barack Hussein Obama and before him, Chester A. Arthur, are/were not eligible to serve as president and knowingly “usurped” the office.

Laity is further concerned that 2020 presidential candidates Kamala Harris, Tulsi Gabbard, and Andrew Yang may not qualify as “natural born” even as they participate in early Democratic debates and attacking one another’s records, in some instances.

On Saturday The Post & Email published Laity’s letter to Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate, who is also serving as President of the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) located in Washington, DC.

The remaining 49 letters were sent by email through the NASS website, to which Laity received a response early Tuesday morning.  That response, from Maine Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap, reads:

Ed Sunderland, “All of the aforementioned candidates have submitted a ballot application swearing that they meet these eligibility requirements and, therefore, meet the requirements on the face of the ballot application.” A great question to AG Barr, Is there a PENALTY for falsely swearing an oath to meeting the requirements in Article II, Section I to run for the office of President of the United States?

Robert Laity, Thanks for your recent project in contacting the Secretaries of States. I hope others out there are “likewise” taking on similar projects. For instance, let me share with fellow
readers that I recently met with a local representative of Obama’s usurpation. I would like to
encourage other to continue making contacts with their local Reps.

Well, Laura Wilkinson and I filed vote fraud charges against the Texas RNC and this is the “official” legal response from their attorney since we were charging them with vote fraud.

From Donna Garcia Davidson, Attorney—“All of the aforementioned candidates have submitted a ballot application swearing that they meet these eligibility requirements and, therefore, meet the requirements on the face of the ballot application.”

That’s like saying “yes I am qualified to spend all of your cash savings as I see fit, or, yes I am a certified qualified OBGYN, or a qualified dentist, or I swear I am an airline pilot.” You get the picture. There is no one at the gate to stop liars and thieves from stealing your votes because the republicans and the democrats don’t give a dam about following the constitution.

To make things worse, there is no criminal penalty for not following the constitution. The ONLY time you swear and oath that means anything other than jail if you lie is when you swear to tell the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth in a court of law.

That’s why the constitution is violated with impunity and punitive damages should be applied moving forward to stop this swirl around the toilet of socialism……..

That “response” is just so much standard B.S. that any letter to a government official is automatically generated by a computer.
