(Dec. 28, 2018) — “Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the mental retreat for your mind. That’s right, you’ve tuned into ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ the one show that isn’t afraid to lay it all out for you so you can make confident decisions on what the truth really is. And to start off, I’m sick and tired of listening to Democratic Strategists on FOX; if I was in the least interested in listening to the advantages of Socialism (there are none), how we’re a country of illegal immigrants (wrong) and how ‘we’re not like that,’ well, here’s the REAL NEWS: I AM LIKE THAT, so there. I don’t care if you’ve been here 30 minutes, 30 days or 30 years; if you’re in my country illegally, get out. When? Yesterday isn’t a day too soon. There, I feel better and I hope you feel better for hearing another American speaking the truth, for once.
“Alright, let’s say we get this show going? As you can see, we’re back on our corner, under the awning, across the street from the railroad station about to bother this commuter. Excuse me, sir, care to be on ‘Pulse,’ the ever-popular news show that zeros in on human interest stories?”
“Okay, but I can’t stay long; I’ve got this-here summons.”
“Summons? What for, jury duty? Been ignoring parking tickets?”
“No, nothing like that. It’s a summons to appear at a funeral. Look, it says ‘All Democrats Must Appear at a Funeral Caused by an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT.’ Now, what do you think about that?”
“Wait; it means you’re a Democrat, right? And you support Pelosi and Schumer, who in turn support illegal aliens, aka ‘guest workers,’ who don’t give a hoot about the thousands of Kate Steinles of America. Right?”
“Well, as long as you put it that way, I guess so.”
“So, what, you don’t want to go to the funeral? You don’t think you’re responsible, at least in some small way?”
“I voted for Hillary: open borders.”
“And more of us killed, like that cop in California?”
“If that’s the price of being open-minded and big-hearted, well, then, a few of us getting murdered is well worth it.”
“So you’re off to a funeral of an American who was killed by an illegal immigrant, is that it? Is that all there is to it? Doesn’t it strike you that you’ll be at a funeral of someone who should be alive? That his death would never have happened if it wasn’t for morons like you?”
“I’m not going to stand here and be called names.”
“No, but you will stand next to a casket of a dead American who was murdered by an illegal immigrant and not feel a bit of remorse, or shame, or at least some culpability, will you? You think of your summons as an inconvenience, but how about thinking of it as a wake-up call instead? Your belief is it’s just more of the same, but you know you can make a very bad situation right by taking some responsibility. Now how about it?”
“No way. I’m a Democrat, which gives me the license to close my eyes and my mind to the realities that are happening around me. I don’t want the wall because I’m told I don’t want the wall, and that’s all there is to it. If Trump is for anything, then I’m automatically against it. I don’t like you, Roving, and I’ll not watch you any more. Good day.”
“And a happy life to you, too. Well, how about that? Democrats are getting summonses to appear at funerals caused by illegal immigrants; about time. And so, on behalf of the crew, allow me to wish each and every one of you a goodnight: Goodnight.
[As an afterthought: any woman who applies for a restraining order will be issued a lightweight .38 Magnum revolver and be given a gun safety course, for free. And while on the subject, just let me say, when I practice shooting, I aim at the head. I’ve been to gun ranges where there’s all kinds of signs saying ‘NO HEAD SHOTS.’ Guess what? You don’t shoot to maim; you shoot to kill. Which reminds me, once again, to change the name of ‘DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE’ back to ‘THE DEPARTMENT OF WAR.’”
