“As long as the Division Head stays off of my back, then all is right with the world.”
“You got that right. What are we up to these days?”
“You mean besides the normal, ah, Navy way of doing things?”
“That’s what I wanted to talk to you about. How come the Navy is so messed up? I mean, there’s the right way, the wrong way and then there’s the Navy Way. What’s that all about?”
“It’s a long story.”
“Last time I looked it’s a nine-month cruise so I guess we’ve the time. Tell it to me in installments.”
“The key word here is ‘attrition,’ meaning if you’re on a ship and get sunk you’ve just been ‘attrited,’ as in ‘gone.’”
“Sunk.”
“For good. So the Navy decided they didn’t want any ambiguity, like in a land lover’s ‘Oh, you mean my other left?’ So maybe the Captain says, ‘Steer 10 points to port’; there is no other port, and if there was it would be starboard. I’ve never heard a sailor say, ‘Oh, my other aft’; you with me?”
“Got it. ‘Up’ is ‘topside’ and there’s ‘ladders’ instead of ‘stairs.’ No misunderstandings in time of crisis, like during a fire or under attack. Okay, but that doesn’t explain why the Navy is so messed up.”
“No, it doesn’t, because that’s a different subject, yet related.”
“Clue me in, if you would. Please.”
“You know the real reason why Germany lost World War II? Forget about Ultra and the rest of it. The real reason why they lost the war was their chain-of-command structure.”
“Oh, I know where you’re going with this: nobody could make a decision; it all had to come from up above. That’s why Erwin Rommel’s Panzers were kept in reserve on D-Day during the invasion of France, so we got a beachhead established and, from then on, the outcome was inevitable.”
“That’s right. The chain-of-command prevents anyone with an ounce of initiative from making a command decision, and our Navy takes after the same stupid model. But, and this is what hurts the worst, ALL the services are hamstrung, at least in my humble opinion. To an extent.”
“So that’s why the Navy is such a mess? And the other services are in the same boat?
“Yes. Even today, with our so-called instant communications, requests go up the chain of command and orders come down through the chain of command. Look, I’m not saying we’re as regimented and gung-ho as the Germans were, but we’ve a long way to go.”
“How so?”
“Remember shortly after Obama took office?”
“Sure I do; he gave the commencement speech to my graduating class.”
“Well, then, does the name LTC Terry Lakin ring a bell?”
“Sure, I remember; we all talked about it. So what?”
“The ‘so what’ was that the Joint Chiefs of Staff were complicit in denying Lakin’s Constitutional rights, that’s what. And it’s still going on.”
“How so?”
“Because our president, Donald J. Trump, hasn’t pardoned Lakin, that’s why. The Deep State is still exercising its influence to protect Obama, the usurper, someone who was never properly vetted.”
“He has yet to produce a valid BIRTH CERTIFICATE, isn’t that right?”
“Yes, and the whole Deep State takeover of our country is still grinding along, and as long as Obama remains protected and the truth is hidden, the stronger the Deep State becomes. Every day that Obama’s true identity remains concealed is another day closer to losing the Republic.”
“Gee, that bad, eh?”
“You bet. They talk about Trump declassifying some documents; what Trump really ought to be doing is pardoning Dr. Terry Lakin and giving him an Honorable Discharge, along with the back pay he and his family deserve; Plus the Medal of Freedom AND the Medal of Honor, not only because Lakin deserves it, but it would, once again, put the subject of Obama and the Deep State on the front page, where it should’ve been in the first place.”
“So the key in getting rid of the Deep State is exposing Obama for the fraud that he is?”
“I say ‘yes’ only because you have to start somewhere, and with Obama exposed it’ll expose Hillary’s/Obama’s pay-for-play schemes; the Stimulus Money payouts; the attempted takeover of Egypt by the Muslim Brotherhood; the murder of Muammar Gaddafi for Libya’s oil and to allow Al Qaida to take over that country; and an audit where each and every dollar went for the Iran deal; I mean, how much was funneled back to Obama (and others), not to mention the Uranium One deal, and others.”
“Others?”
“How much did they all get paid for China’s Most Favorite Nation (MFN) trade status? And what about the Vatican Slush Fund, have you forgotten about that? What I’m saying is that Lakin could very well be the key to blowing it all open, and the sooner, the better.”
“Not wait for the next State of the Union Speech?”
“Maybe present the Medal of Freedom to Lakin at that time; it would be darn good PR. But pardon Lakin now and present him with the Medal of Honor. Believe me, he deserves it. Hey, will you look at the time? See you at chow.”

The UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) allows the accused to articulate a defense.
In the case against LTC Doctor Terry Lakin, Lakin demanded proof that Obama was legally qualified to hold the office of president and, therefore, was Lakin’s CIC (Commander in Chief).
Simply put, the United States Military, via the Joint Chief’s of Staff, in order to protect the usurper Obama, violated Lakin’s Constitutional rights by not allowing Lakin to present a defense for fear of “embarrassing the president”.
In 2012 I was a presidential candidate and I asked the same question Lakin asked: WHERE’S THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE, in numerous Federal Courts, represented by Dr. Orly Taitz Esq., only to be told that I had “no standing”, even though I showed a valid birth certificate to the FEC (Federal Election omission), am “natural born” (father born in Washington; mother in Montana) and am 1/8th Cherokee Indian.
To this day Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, has yet to produce a valid BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

Please to explain. In my country, courts for civilians, Supreme Cassation Court, can try military people.
Is not same in America, military people tried by military court, civilian people tried by courts for civilians.

Great article, thanks. I have been saying for a long time that exposing Obama for the absolute fraud he is must be done to sink the Deep State, drain the swamp and reset our Constitution. Without that happening the Deep State wins, and Trump will just be a brief lull in America’s race to socialism and beyond. The protection of Obama by both political parties, and all complicit in The Obama Fraud, must be overcome.
The “timing” is not right. There is a plan in effect and now that mccain has spilled his guts, the plan to move into another mode is underway. Remember the 3 Executive Orders signed since December 21, 2017. The Marines have landed.
