BUT WHAT ARE THE RAMIFICATIONS?

(Jul. 5, 2018) — In the last full segment of Thursday’s “Hannity” show guest-hosted by Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz, “Catalina” Magazine editor Cathy Areu said, while attempting to illustrate that Donald Trump is a believer in “conspiracy” theories, that he “started the ‘birther’ movement.”

Areu repeated her statement several times for emphasis in the spirited discussion with Chaffetz and Trump media liaison and professional psychologist Dr. Gina Loudon.
While Areu did not explain the meaning of the media-coined term, it is well-known that it refers to anyone who has ever raised questions about the birthplace, life narrative or proffered documentation of Barack Hussein Obama which claim that he was born in Honolulu, HI and registered timely for the Selective Service in 1980.
Chaffetz did not comment on Areu’s assertion nor ask her to elaborate on the meaning of “birther.”
As The Post & Email has reported, it is many on the political left who continue to invoke the “birther” moniker since Obama left office on January 20, 2017.
Early in 2011, Trump urged the White House to release Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate in response to media reports over a number of years stating that he was “born in Kenya” or Indonesia. Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the nation’s chief executive to be a “natural born Citizen.”
No one in the mainstream media has dared to mention the results of a 5+-year criminal investigation conducted by former detective Mike Zullo under the authority of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) which determined that the “long-form” image, posted at whitehouse.gov on April 27, 2011 to much fanfare, is a “computer-generated forgery.”
Investigators also found Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form to be fraudulent.
Neither the FBI, Congress nor the Justice Department has launched an investigation into the claims. The media frequently utilizes “birther” as a pejorative while ignoring the underlying findings that Obama’s only publicly-released documentation was found not to be genuine.
In December 2016, Zullo announced at a press conference that two reputable forensic analysts, after conducting their own examination of the long-form birth certificate image, agreed with his findings that the probability of authenticity of the long-form image is negligible to none.
On Wednesday, radio host, pastor and author Carl Gallups told radio host Caspar McCloud that in his view, Trump is responsible for the release of the long-form image because of the public pressure he placed on the Obama White House for a number of months.
Gallups said he believes that a second Trump term could be key to the truth emerging about the birth certificate image. However, he added that “it might happen before then as he is disclosing the Deep State…”

1) Sir, our entire US Constitution and its supportive legal structure WAS founded on moral granite, but this granite had deteriorated into weak unstable swamp land. The 2008-2016 usurpation is just the recent (and the most enormous) violation of the Constitution and the law. What about
– dollars no more backed with fixed amount of gold or silver? How could it happen that American people (all well armed) tolerated that our money turned into colored wrap paper?!
– Multiplicity of the present Federal agencies and functions NOT enumerated in the Constitution?!
2) How could it happen that American people (all well armed) tolerated the gold confiscation law during Roosevelt about 80 years ago?! After all, what can be more sensitive and more tangible than the own gold assets?! – That “granite” deteriorated into swamp already then.

4) Indeed, there had been a provision in law and rules for US offices, that the President and Vice-president must pass the highest security clearance in order to occupy this position. But guess what? President Bush signed an Executive Order 13467. In it, designated as exempted happened to be (drum roll, please) the office of the US President and Vice-President! (A campaign of the impostor Obama was already in progress, mind you). On January, 2009 this Executive Order was mandated by Congress to be fully in effect. 5) Courts are the last rather than the first instance for solving such issue. It was the duty of the Congress, the then Pres. Bush, and of the parties to raise the issue and never allow the 2008 campaign of Obama (much less the 2012 campaign). They all had committed treason of enabling 8 years of the usurpation.
In gbear’s referenced wikipedia site herein, we see a court eligibility denial as follows:
“There appears to be no affirmative requirement that a person indorsed in a nominating petition for the Presidency present to the Secretary of State any certification or other proof that he is qualified for the Office.”
This government-citizen cop-out, or loophole, with no government-citizen effort to close it nationally, that I am aware of, leaves it open for the highest office in the land to be occupied by just about any pollutician imaginable, does it not?

I have been saying the same basic thing since Congress, both parties, did/said nothing in January of 2009 and allowed an ineligible, identity fraud con-artist to usurp the presidency. After Obama was sworn-in Congress became complicit in giving America’s government and her military to the enemy and they all violated their sworn oath to protect the Constitution against her enemies, both foreign and domestic, (and Barry covers both of those). From that moment right up until today Obama, and anyone who might lead to truth about the Obama fraud being officially revealed and acted, on has been protected from prosecution. The panic over Hillary losing to the birther Donald Trump is because all those complicit in the biggest crime ever perpetrated against American citizens and her Constitution, including the Obama media, fear they are going down in the biggest scandal in history. That is why the big-time panic to get Trump removed from office before it happens. None of this is hard to understand or to connect the dots right up until today as more evidence and associated scandals are being discovered and…..very slowly….. revealing the full extent of the Obama fraud and it’s hastily contrived, (because Hillary lost), cover-up. The endless talks and investigations are trying to run out the clock until Trump is somehow removed from office or at least until the Democrats take over Congress, although there are very few Republicans who are truly on the side of getting the entire truth exposed and acted on….if any. Those who are ostensibly on our side will not discuss the real reason for the deep state panic over Trump being elected president….threatened perhaps, or in some cases just not wanting to be found complicit themselves for doing/saying nothing during Obama’s usurpation.

Birth right comes from the father and Obama’s father was a Kenyan citizen at the time of Obama’s birth making Barack hussein Obama a Kenyan citizen at the time of his birth .

I was going to post something similar to your post. The first time I saw Cathy Areu on Tucker Carlson’s show I thought I was watching a parody, or a spoof of some kind, and that no human could be as stupid as she was sounding. She needs to be out front pushing the liberal agenda…….except that she might make Maxine Waters and Hank Johnson look a little less dumb by comparison. As you said, it must just be an act.
Any segment on FOX news is a waste of time. They refuse to tell the truth and or talk about the illegal alien Obama/Soetoro or acknowledge Sheriff Arpaio’s findings. Not reporting the truth is the same as lying. Fox is milk toast pacification and I refuse to participate, and not just because they labeled me a “birther” in one of their hit pieces because that is a badge of honor these days. Tucker Carlson frequently has Cathy Areu on his program. Every such segment without fail, is a mindless waste of air-time. The woman is a half-wit, a dunce, a dolt, an ignoramus and a unabashed moron. I guess her appearances serve two purposes for Fox: 1. lighten the news of the day and illicit a few laughs from the viewers, and more importantly 2. to illustrate the absolute stupidity and idiocy of many on the left.
