“MUELLER UNMASKED”

by Sharon Rondeau

(May 1, 2018) — An April 26, 2018 statement posted on the website of Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX1) announced the release of a 48-page report making the case that former FBI director and current Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III “has a long and sordid history of illicitly targeting innocent people that is a stain upon the legacy of American jurisprudence.”

Gohmert was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2004. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a former elected Smith County, TX District Judge, to which he refers at times in the report.

Mueller, who served as FBI director from September 2001 to September 2013, is now close to a year into role as “Special Counsel” in a bifurcated investigation involving allegations that the Trump “colluded” with Kremlin operatives during the 2016 election and allegations that Russian operatives “meddled” in the U.S. election process.

While Democrats in Congress tend to support Mueller’s work, going so far as to propose legislation to “protect” him from being terminated by President Donald Trump or anyone else, some Republicans have been highly critical of the legitimacy of his role given his past government service.

The Gohmert report, which contains numerous URL citations and photographs, sites specific examples where Gohmert maintains that Mueller used the FBI to retaliate against critics, including at least one member of Congress who then lost re-election (pp. 5-11).  It also faults Mueller for ordering the removal of terms considered offensive to a number of Islamic groups when Barack Hussein Obama occupied the Oval Office.

Gohmert’s criticism of Mueller did not begin with Mueller’s FBI directorship, but rather, hearkened back to when Mueller was an assistant U.S. attorney in Boston in the 1980s, then Acting U.S. attorney, during the time that FBI agent John Connolly, who is now in prison on an unrelated conviction, protected Whitey Bulger, thereby allowing four innocent men to spend decades in prison, where two of them would later die before all were exonerated by a federal judge.

Quoting from an article published by The Boston Globe (now boston.com), Gohmert reported that Mueller’s opposition to the possibility of parole for the wrongly-convicted men was “part of a pattern that eventually became quite clear that Mueller was more concerned with convicting and putting people in jail he disliked, even if they were innocent of the charges, then he was with ferreting out the truth” (p. 4).

On page 11, Gohmert recounted that Obama had requested that Congress extend Mueller’s statutory ten-year term by two years to 2013. “To the great dismay of the many good, decent and straight arrow FBI agents, Obama begged Mueller to stay on for two more years than the 10 years the law allowed. Obama then asked Congress to approve Mueller’s waiver allowing him to stay on two extra years,” Gohmert wrote.

At the time Mueller’s extension was under consideration, The Boston Globe’s Kevin Cullen wrote, quoting former Springfield, MA mayor Mike Albano, “’Before he gets that extension, somebody in the Senate or House needs to ask him why the US Attorney’s office he led let the FBI protect Whitey Bulger.’’’

Mueller’s term would have expired in September 2011, slightly more than four months after an image said to be a PDF reproduction of Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate from the State of Hawaii was posted on the White House website and declared by a number of analysts to be a forgery.  Those findings eventually gave way to a 5+-year criminal investigation declaring the image to be a “computer-generated forgery” which the mainstream media refused to take seriously.

Also on page 11, Gohmert segued into what he said were his immediate concerns that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein hired Mueller to serve as “Special Counsel” for the Russia “collusion” and alleged election interference probes stemming from the 2016 presidential election.

Gohmert went on to detail a “raid” on the congressional office of then-U.S. Representative William Jefferson which Gohmert said should have been off-limits to the FBI given long-standing policies and separation-of-powers issues.  His discussion on page 14 of Mueller’s actions begins:

The report reminds readers that prior to George W. Bush’s completion of his second term, Mueller’s FBI was found by the DOJ’s inspector general to have committed “national security letter” abuse, citing a March 9, 2007 report by NBC News.  The article reads, in part:

FBI agents sometimes demanded the data without proper authorization, according to the 126-page audit by Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine. At other times, the audit found, the FBI improperly obtained telephone records in non-emergency circumstances.

FBI Director Robert Mueller said he was to blame for not putting more safeguards into place.

“I am to be held accountable,” Mueller said. He told reporters he would correct the problems and did not plan to resign.

“The inspector general went and did the audit that I should have put in place many years ago,” Mueller said.

Similar to the facts laid out in Gohmert’s report, Navy veteran Darren Wesley Huff was framed by FBI agent Mark Van Balen in April 2010 following his peaceful visit to Madisonville, TN, after which he was accused of two federal firearms violations through a warrant which contained falsehoods and inaccuracies as simple as location and the date of a previous event Van Balen attempted to tie to Huff’s April 20, 2010 trip to Madisonville.

Predetermined from the outset, after an acquittal on one charge and a hung jury on the other, Huff was convicted on the second charge and spent 3 1/2 years in federal prison for a crime that “never happened.”

“Does this sound familiar yet?” Gohmert asked in slightly-differing ways throughout his report.

On page 31, Gohmert accused Mueller of “cozying up to named co-conspirators with evidence in hand of their collusion with terrorists.”  He continued, “That probably was an assurance to President Obama and Attorney General Holder that Mueller would fit right into the Obama administration. He did. It also helps explain why President Obama and AG Holder wanted to serve and [sic] extra two years as FBI Director. Mueller was their kind of guy. Unfortunately for America, he truly was!”

I will email Mike Volin directly but I will pose this question publicly also. Was James Comey personally provided a sheriff’s kit when he was director of the FBI (started his term in Sept. 2013 until his firing last year) AND more importantly was Robert Mueller personally provided a sheriffs kit during his tenure as FBI director from 2001 – 2013? Also what specific persons in the FBI were provided EVIDENCE of Obama’s IDENTITY FRAUD and surely this information was channeled to the highest levels of the FBI? Seems obvious to me that the criminality, cover-up and corruption will lead back to the leadership of the FBI and DOJ and will ultimately reveal their efforts to prop up and protect the anti-American usurper who calls himself Barack Hussein Obama. IMO this witch hunt against Trump is all about self-preservation for Mueller, Comey, Obama and a myriad of leftist anti-American miscreants who have absolutely no respect for the rule of law or for that matter the American people. They are in panic mode. The swamp must be completely drained and justice served.

Gohmert was given at least one Sheriff’s kit, as were all in Congress. I’m also pretty sure his office was visited by Mike Volin and others who discussed Obama’s forged documents. All in Congress know, but none of them will do anything. It’s been this way since the moment the identity fraud con-artist was allowed to be sworn in back in 2009. Congress, both parties, became at that moment complicit in giving America’s government and her military to the enemy. They also all violated their sworn oath to protect the Constitution from her enemies. A decision was made at that time by the leadership of Congress, (Pelosi and Reid), they would never do anything to investigate, (or impeach), Obama because doing so could reveal the truth about Barry. They knew what they would find, and the crimes they committed in assisting and allowing Obama’s usurpation are, “too big to prosecute”. They are protecting themselves. Congress and all complicit in the Obama fraud perform a charade of legitimacy around Obama to protect him and others who could lead to Barack…..to protect themselves. The charade is still in place and being fiercely protected by all complicit, (the deep state), right up to and including today. This is easy to figure out, but apparently impossible to do anything about. This reality makes America’s future look bleak.

What’s Gohmert’s position on Obama’s birth certificate? Has he been sent a Sheriff’s Kit?
