The article stated that last October 28, Ward “posted a link on her campaign website and blasted out a Facebook post, quoting extensively from a column in the Arizona Monitor.”
Ward’s official campaign Facebook page is here; readers will have to scroll down over several pages to find the post (pictured at right).
It appears that anyone can offer comments on the page, and there is no response from Ward characterizing it as an “endorsement,” as Politico suggested.
The Post & Email was not unable to determine whether or not Ward linked to the post from her campaign website.
