If AMERICA’S TAX CONSUMING PUBLIC SERVANTS reject and oppose the truth of the 16th Amendment, they will have committed another crime. It is called “Misprision of Treason and Misprision of Felony” covering an enormous fraud perpetrated on the American People and the false statements and papers used to perpetrate that fraud.

Your attention is invited to Bill Benson and M.J. Beckman’s “The Law That Never Was,” Volume I and Volume II, which thoroughly document the ratification fraud of the 16th Amendment and the Personal Income Tax. It is now necessary and a DEMAND for the full repeal of the 16th Amendment and the Income Taxes based upon massive fraud – fraud vitiates any solemn promise to pay.

The result of the repeal of the 16th Amendment and the Income Tax will be that every American will get an immediate pay raise and the American economy will flourish like never before, believe me! The Income Tax is on the LABOR (involuntary servitude) of the American people. The tyranny of the government’s agency, the Internal Revenue Service, and its terrorization of Americans could be abruptly ended by our Congress and the 45th President. President Donald J. Trump will go down in history as returning America to its splendor with Life, Liberty, Freedom, Justice and the Pursuit of Happiness, once again. God Bless America!!!
