U.S. CONSTITUTION INVOKED

(Jul. 19, 2017) — The Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity launched its first public presentation at 11:00 EDT a.m. on Wednesday.

The commission is chaired by Vice President Mike Pence and co-chaired by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach.
Pence spoke first, then introduced the president, who spoke for several minutes.
Pence asked each commission member to limit his or her respective verbal remarks to “five minutes or less.” He made an allusion to possibly having to excuse himself to attend to “a matter” in the Senate.
First to speak of a group of panelists, at 11:45 a.m., Kobach stated that the Obama administration had also launched a presidential commission on reported voter irregularities and obstacles.
Members of the commission include Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson, former Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell, and New Hampshire Secretary of State William Gardner.
Blackwell referred to the “right to vote” as being one provided by the U.S. Constitution. He said that the Constitution protects “the franchise” as well as “the right of the citizen, a citizen’s legal ballot not being diluted…”
For the better part of the past decade, Montgomery County Maryland has unofficially been a sanctuary county. Last year the County Council officially declared the county a sanctuary county.
For the 2016 general election there were 657,548 registered voters in Montgomery County Maryland compared to a voting-age population of 633,295 — 24,253 more registered voters than residents eligible to vote.
During a public hearing last April, the County Board of Elections President, appointed by Republican Gov. Larry Hogan, said the board has removed more than 76,000 voters from the rolls since he became board President in 2015.

In order to appear on its general election ballot the State of Hawaii requires that candidates for U.S. president and vice president must be a natural born citizen of the United States, a resident of the United States for 14 years prior to election, and at least 35 years of age.
The candidates party must submit an application for their candidates to be on the general election ballot and the application must include:
1) The names and address of each of the two candidates;
2) A statement that each candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution, and;
3) A statement that candidates are duly chosen candidates of both the state and national party, giving time, place, and manner of selection.
In 2008 the Democrat Party Of Hawaii submitted an application (“Official Certification of Nomination”) which DID NOT include “2)” above.

All efforts to address Part 1 without addressing Part 2 herein are just another “feel good’ exercise having the same end result: INSTITUTIONALIZED VOTER FRAUD, don’t you think?

One problem is that when a candidate to be placed on a ballet at a state the candidate is not
vetted. This is much like going on vacation and leaving your front door unlocked and “wide”
opened with a yard sign on your yard you went on vacation…
The other problem is that both major parties know their was a problem with Obama’s street
cred, but said and nothing nor took action to expose the fraud.
I have two books that I pulled of the shelf to review and the info is amazing. I have been
studying Obama’s fraud for several years and it keeps coming back to me Obama is a
puppet. I would like to see Obama and his whole team go down.
The books I am reviewing are: Obama Scare (Philip Berg) and Where’s The Birth Certificate? (Jerome R. Corsi). Some of these books are still available.
Interesting that Indiana Sec. Of State Connie Lawson is on the “election integrity commission”. She wouldn’t take Obama off of Indiana Ballot in 2012 after being sued by Hoosier citizens. Her Attorney General – Greg Zoeller, tried to quiet plaintiffs by sanctioning Dr. Orly Taitz and citizens $10,000 . Judge Reid did not sign request. Pence was informed of Obama hearing in Indiana personally by Dr Taitz, but don’t hold your breath that this commission does anything about Obama fraud.
