U.S. Army to Conduct Legal-motions Hearing May 5 In Sgt. Bergdahl Legal Case
What: The U.S. Army plans to conduct a military legal hearing May 5, 2017, Friday, on Fort Bragg, N.C., in the case of United States vs. Sgt. Robert B. Bergdahl. Forces Command Public Affairs will send out media-registration information for this court hearing about April 25 or April 26, prior to the planned May 5, Friday, morning legal-motions and legal-planning hearing.
Where: The legal-motions hearing will take place in the Fort Bragg Courtroom on post. [The previously scheduled date for the court-martial (April 18) will be re-scheduled.]
