WHY IS THIS WEBSITE OFFLINE?

(Apr. 6, 2017) — On Thursday afternoon, Red Nation Rising tweeted, “BREAKING: @BarackObama’s CIA Director John Brennan and His Allies Are Targeting Trump Supporters For Surveillance http://gotnews.com/breaking-barackobamas-cia-director-john-brennan-allies-targeting-trump-supporters-surveillance/ …“
However, the link led to a message stating that Gotnews.com, owned by Charles C. Johnson, is offline.
From what The Post & Email has observed, based on his previous reporting on several other national stories, Johnson’s sources appear to be reliable.
Upon refreshing the screen, an error message continued to be displayed, although at one point changing to “Origin is unreachable.”
Clicking “Retry for a live version” did not remedy the problem, although the message changed slightly.
Red Nation Rising’s website features blog posts and radio shows. In his Twitter feed is shown a screenshot of the article at Johnson’s website which RNR was attempting to disseminate to his followers.
The title of Johnson’s article is stated in the past tense, not the present, as is RNR’s tweet.
Johnson does not use Twitter as the result of having had his account closed last year.
