A SIMPLE SOLUTION

by James Meletiou, ©2017

(Mar. 25, 2017) — May I presume to have a short – but simple – solution to getting rid of Obamacare?

Obamacare has one feature that make it offensive to many people: It is mandatory!

If this one feature were removed, Obamacare would not even have to be repealed. Anybody who wants to have nothing to do with Obamacare could just walk away. Those who love it could just stay with it.

Could anything be any simpler?

From the overly-simplified mind of:
James (80 years old)

Dear James,
I have no idea why people don’t leave comments nor acknowledge those who submit articles and comments. But, rest assured that many read your submissions. Perhaps readers are a bit shy or are involved in the “rat race”/being too busy. Some of these desire to remain anonymous so that they are not fingered or harassed. Sometimes “freedom” has a price that but a few pay. Recall the war with the English, some were indifferent, only a few fought.

I am not a tough guy, but several years ago I joined the local Tea Party. Up until that time I
was too busy to get involved. I spent several years in the Military and had two basic jobs after
my military service to make ends meet. Therefore, I was one of those mentioned above. But
now I am in the fight to win. I do this for my family and my county.

James, keep up the fight and indeed, write some more. We are at war in words, ideas, and
deeds. We strive to relay the truth. I can’t say that about our opposition. With many on them, “truth be dammed” / “any thing goes”.

My young 80 year old bud, your mind is bright and your writing shows that. As the saying goes,
the pen is more mighty than the sword. Therefore, continue to take your pen from its sheath
and go into the battle and obtain victory.

Excellent idea James. Often a simple idea is a cure to a harsh or complicated problem.
I can’t say our elected officials actual have the desire to correct problems, especially
Obummer Kare. They are all mouth, smoke and mirrors and afraid of action. Dam the
Constitution nor do the honest or right action.

This health care solution was so great that our congressmen aren’t using it for themself.
They should have been subject to use the same health care they voted on. They don’t
lead by example.

James you are 80 years young and have a great mind. Age has give you great wisdom.
