OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION

by Sharon Rondeau

(Feb. 24, 2017) — In a two-part tweet on Friday morning at approximately 8:30 a.m. EST, President Donald Trump remarked that the FBI is unable to identify those within the intelligence community who leaked sensitive information over the last several weeks, including the contents of Trump’s telephone calls with several world leaders.

Trump contended that the “national security ‘leakers'” have “permeated our government for a long time.”

The leaks ultimately damaged the credibility of Trump’s first National Security Advisor, Michael T. Flynn, who resigned on the evening of February 13 after serving for only 24 days.

“Classified information is being given to media that could have a devastating effect on U.S. FIND NOW,” Trump ended the topic.

A tweet issued about an hour later indicated that he was on his way to speak at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in National Harbor, MD.  Trump’s appearance is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. EST.

Perhaps this is because there are so many unvetted Obama employees in the FBI that the national security leakers are the ones looking for the national security leakers?

From Congressional Research Service report on who is immune from being required to get a security background check. Who, exactly, is considered an employee of the president, or in Obama’s case, the fake president?

Quote from Congressional Research Service, based on Executive Order 13467, signed in June of 2008 by GWB and mandated by Congress to be in effect by January 2009, just in time for Barry:

“‘Covered individual” (i.e. those who must have a background security check), means a person who performs work for or on behalf of the executive branch, or who seeks to perform work for or on behalf of the executive branch, but does not include:
(i)the President or (except to the extent otherwise directed by the President) EMPLOYEES of the President under section 105 or 107 of title 3, United States Code; or
(ii) the Vice President or (except to the extent otherwise directed by the Vice President) EMPLOYEES of the Vice President under section 106 of title 3 or annual legislative branch appropriations acts.”

So many people are made except from any sort of background check, in addition to those above, by Executive Order 13467 and those preceding it that the enemy takeover by Barry and Company was made very easy.
But this rarely gets mentioned.

Read this CRS Report, page 7, to fully appreciate the number of high level government people who never have to have a background security check. It explains of lot of what we are seeing happening and discussing:
