“ABSOLUTE PURPOSE OF OUR FOUNDING FATHERS”

December 4, 2016

tom-davisDear Mr. President-elect:

I have been a loyal and active supporter since you first announced your candidacy. You handled yourself extremely well  in your rebuttals of the slings and arrows thrown at you for not being one of THEM, a disreputable POLITICIAN.  I am sure you are aware that our faux president intends to pardon ALL those who aided and abetted his efforts to destroy our Republic by fair means or foul. There exists at least one action to thwart his egregious attempt to reward culpability, and that just happens to be the absolute purpose of our Founding Fathers. Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 states:

“ The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

In some fashion, the feckless and untrustworthy 114th Congress must be led down the long-avoided path of impeachment and quickly introduce articles of impeachment against EACH of the following: Barry Soetoro-Obama, Joseph Biden, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Patrick Kennedy, Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, Valerie Jarrett, Leon Panetta, John Koskinen, Janet Napolitano and Lois Lerner for starters. Representative Trey Gowdy, I suspect, would be delighted to provide the names of others whose culpability also warrants impeachment.

The American electorate which so staunchly supported you and Governor Pence deserves to see “Make America Great Again” in appropriately visible and laudable terms. To allow Obama to thwart the law and the will of the people would simply make your ambitious program nearly unbelievable and earn for it the worthless sobriquet, “Just another bunch of political nonsense” wherein yours truly would be forced to agree with We the People. Though I agree wholeheartedly with virtually all that you have espoused previously, I must disagree with your remark, “The Clintons have suffered enough!” It is gross hyperbole. Your too-kind remarks about the NON-CITIZEN Obama following your visit to the White House were honestly kind and unwarranted. I am sure you are aware that Obama despises you as he does ALL Americans and all members of the white race who follow our Judeo-Christian ethos, even his birth mother, Stanley Ann Dunham. He castigated, mocked and criticized you throughout the election.

In closing, I would like to and will make a recommendation worthy of your most thoughtful consideration. I have no idea regarding your thoughts respecting nominees for government offices within the executive branch. BUT, as a 91-year-old retired Army officer, I offer this:  There is one gentleman, Major General Retired Paul E. Vallely, who is likely the most knowledgeable, right-thinking candidate for any assignment that has anything to do with the Syria-Egypt-Israeli tinderbox situation. He has spent as much or more time with “Boots-on-the-ground” as anyone. He is one man I would recommend be considered as an asset to your military defense team. One other, Senator-Elect Tammy Duckworth, a decorated and severely wounded Iraq War Veteran, though a Democrat, may provide a handy and much-needed touchstone across-the-aisle asset.

Thank you, and may God guide you in Making America Great(er) Again.

Tom Davis
