“IT’S PACKAGED VERY WELL”
by Sharon Rondeau
(Nov. 18, 2016) — Speaking at a press conference in Berlin with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday, Barack Hussein Obama vaguely criticized “misinformation” posted on the internet made to look official, particularly as it might involve “some overzealousness on the part of a U.S. official…equated with constant and severe repression elsewhere.”
He did not provide any names of who he might have had in mind when making his remarks.
His comments appeared to amplify those he made the day before the U.S. elections when he said that “as long as it’s on Facebook and people can see it, as long as it’s on social media, people start believing it.”
“If everything seems to be the same and no distinctions are made, then we won’t know what to protect,” Obama continued in Germany. “We won’t know what to fight for,” he said, referring to “the kind of democratic freedoms and market-based economies and prosperity we’ve come to take for granted.”
However, on April 27, 2011, an image purported to be a scan of a certified copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate held by the Hawaii Department of Health was uploaded to the White House website was declared a forgery by experts within days and found by a team of criminal investigators to be a “computer-generated forgery” less than a year later.
On the day of its release, Obama gave a brief press conference stating that “more information” had been provided about “the place of my birth.” According to CBS News, Obama stressed that Americans needed to “drop the issue and focus on the nation’s real problems.”
Ironically, President-elect Donald Trump was the most vocal of “the birthers,” who in early 2011 had called for proof that Obama was born in the U.S. and presumably eligible to serve as president and commander-in-chief.
On Thursday, an editorial written by Obama and Merkel was published advocating “globalization” in what CBS News reported to be a “response to Donald Trump.”
In September 2011, Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio commissioned his “Cold Case Posse” to investigate the image after 242 of his constituents signed a petition expressing concern that their votes in the 2012 presidential election would be disenfranchised if the image proved to be fraudulent.
During the first six months of its investigation, the posse not only analyzed the birth certificate image, but also Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form, finding it, too, to be fraudulent. The conclusions surrounding both “documents” were announced at a March 1, 2012 press conference and again in further detail on July 17, 2012 by Arpaio and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo,
For the most part, the mainstream media has scoffed at the findings and ignored Arpaio’s claim that the fraudulent government documents represent a national security concern.
Over the years, the media has continued to appear to affirm that the long-form birth certificate image released at whitehouse.gov is authentic, although without launching their own independent investigations, they cannot conclusively make that determination.
Congress has also declined to investigate.
Arpaio is now under prosecution for a criminal contempt charge by Obama’s Justice Department, a decision announced the same day on which early voting began in Arizona. Arpaio had been seeking a seventh consecutive term as Maricopa County Sheriff which proved to be unsuccessful.
The Justice Department regularly sent representatives to hearings stemming from a civil racial-profiling case against Arpaio and was granted a motion to intervene by U.S. District Court Judge G. Murray Snow, a Bush appointee.
In September, Arpaio confirmed that the birth certificate investigation was continuing.
The White House has never addressed the Cold Case Posse’s findings of forgery, and Selective Service System (SSS) Director Lawrence G. Romo declined Arpaio’s request to view a certified copy of Obama’s Selective Service registration form within the agency’s files.
On June 12, 2008, an image purported to be Obama’s “birth certificate” was posted at The Daily KOS, followed by other websites, with a blacked-out certificate number and lacking a raised seal. After such observations were made, a second version appeared bearing what might have been a seal of some kind.
After Obama announced in February 2007 that he would seek the presidency, differing life narratives, some from mainstream U.S. news sources, surfaced, causing many Americans to question whether or not he met the constitutional requirement of “natural born Citizen.”
In late May 2009, then-White House spokesman Robert Gibbs claimed that the White House had released the Certification of Life Birth (COLB) and that it was Obama’s only available birth record, and laughed off further questioning about the lack of a “long-form.”
In 2009, CNN reported that all original Hawaii birth records had been “destroyed,” hence Obama’s apparent lack of a more detailed, “long-form” birth certificate, a claim the HDOH refuted.
At the time, the White House did not post the COLB image on its website, and its origins remain unknown. The Hawaii Department of Health has not confirmed that the image represents a paper certificate from its offices.
In a November 10 radio interview, Zullo said that the investigation is nearly complete and that its final conclusions will be reported prior to the first of the year.

Sharon: Thanks for staying on this story for the last nine years. I pray that the Trump Justice Dept. will do something about it.
