CITES HIS STRENGTH, KINDNESS, COMPASSION

by Sharon Rondeau

(Jul. 21, 2016) — At 10:03 p.m. EDT, Ivanka Trump, the elder daughter of Republican presidential nominee and real estate developer Donald Trump, began her introduction of her father, who will be officially accepting the nomination on Thursday evening.

Ivanka is an executive for the Trump Organization and learned about the real estate and construction businesses as she was growing up.

She spoke about her father’s high standards and drive to achieve by employing the best people. “My father values talents,” she said.  “He is color-blind and gender-neutral.  He hires the best person for the job, period.”

Ivanka said that her father always consults those working on his various job sites to obtain the best results.

She said that her father believes in policies which allow working mothers to “thrive.”  “He will fight for equal pay for equal work,” she said, pledging to do the same herself.

“A Trump presidency will turn the economy around,” she said.  “Vision becomes reality.”

“He will deliver,” she said of his promise to “make America great again.”  She said that “other politicians” say “I feel for you” to average Americans struggling to make ends meet, while her father will say, “I will fight for you.”

Ivanka said that Trump’s competency in his business demonstrates that he is the best person to serve as the next president.

“Come January ’17, all things will be possible again…we can hope and dream and think big again,” she declared.

“I could not be more proud tonight to present to you, my father and our next president, Donald J. Trump,” she announced at 10:19 p.m.
