“A VERY BLACK DAY IN OUR NATION’S HISTORY”

(Jul. 6, 2016) — “Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to another exciting episode of ‘Pulse of the Nation,’ the show that taps into what the everyday citizen is concerned about. What we do is stand on this busy corner across from the railroad station and ask people what’s on their minds.
“Excuse me, sir, got time to answer a couple of questions for ‘Pulse of the Nation?’”
“Oh, I know you. What you do, scalp him?”
“Scalp? Who?”
“That Roving Reporter guy. First he’s here and then you show up, plus you kind-of look like an Indian. You wouldn’t be that Chief New Leaf guy, by any chance?”
“How.”
“Funny guy. Okay, ask away. By the way, we watch your show every night. Wife likes it, and so does the dog for some strange reason.”
“Thank you for watching. Today’s question is: Did you happen to catch that FBI news conference yesterday, July 5th?”
“Yes, I did, and I have to say that it was a rather strange one at that. I mean, first he, Director Comey, lists how totally incompetent and reckless Hillary is and then, at the end, takes the place of judge and jury and dismisses the case. I mean, isn’t the FBI supposed to collect the evidence and that’s it?
“And another thing: he said that the information on Hillary’s private servers wasn’t hacked when we all know that it was. And the American people have a right to read each and every email concerning Ambassador Stevens and Libya.”
“Has that news conference shaken your belief in the FBI in any way?”
“Shaken? You’ve got to be kidding. And here we thought, that of all the government agencies, at least we had one that stayed above the political fray. Boy, were we ever wrong. And I don’t think I’m the only one who feels saddened and disappointed in the way it turned out. Really feel let down; really too bad. I kind-of feel sorry for those agents who lived by their oath – to defend and protect the Constitution – and their boss caved in to the dictates of the AG, Loretta Lynch.
“I watched ‘The Pulse’ last night where you interviewed a 30-year, retired FBI agent who said he was now ashamed of ever being associated with the agency. I mean, Comey had a golden opportunity that doesn’t even come once in a lifetime and blew it. He could’ve spoken the Truth and then resigned or something. I mean, he had the podium; all the cameras were on him and could’ve said we nailed Hillary; we have the evidence that proves she’s guilty as sin, but didn’t say a word, one word, and just walked away. He acted in a cowardly way, I believe. He could’ve stood tall. What, they got his family hostage? Was that it? A gun to his head?”
“Well, I wouldn’t know about that. How do you see history treating the FBI and Director Comey?”
“The day the FBI died, is what. What used to be regarded as an honorable and the very definition of the word ‘integrity’ is now a thing of the past. Eliot Ness and his ‘Untouchables’ are all turning in their graves. The meaning of the oath just went down another couple of notches. Obama is certainly keeping his word to ‘fundamentally change America,’ isn’t he? If there ever was a time when the flag should be at half-mast, now’s the time: the day that the FBI bit the dust.”
“Yes; I agree with you. America will never be the same, will it? Another serious blow to our Constitution, when the DOJ operates as just another tool for the White House to slowly and systematically render our Constitution meaningless: another step closer to the Executive Order that will state that all personal weapons be turned in to the nearest law enforcement agency ASAP under penalty of serious incarceration in the least.
“Folks, we here at the ‘Pulse of the Nation’ aren’t political; we don’t take sides one way or the other; all we do is report the Truth and not any pretend-Truth that grabs our fancy or happens to be the ‘Flavor of the Month’; no, all we do is lay out the facts, and the facts in this case is that the FBI, along with the DOJ, is no longer a friend of the people, but the enemy, working hand-in-hand with the Obama Administration to destroy our country, and if any of you can’t see at least that much, then you’re ‘One of Them’ and therefore nothing more than a traitor who deserves whatever comes down the pike and lands on your head. Yesterday was a very black day in our nation’s history, that I can tell you with a certainty that will live to infamy. I am Chief New Leaf and I have spoken.

“That part about ‘flags at half-mast’ was good. Let’s go grab a burger. My treat.”
[NOTE: So what was the deal? Hillary keeps Lynch as AG and Comey as the Director of the FBI? Was that it? Did Comey sell out for his pension, for his 30 measly pieces of silver? There had to be some deal made with the devil; people usually don’t turn traitor for nothing, and going against the Constitution, turning his back on his oath of office, was nothing short of the actions of a person who sold out for good, for all I care.]
