“SACRIFICIAL PAWNS”

(Mar. 12, 2016) — “Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Sorry about being gone for a while, but I had to go ‘under the knife’ and wasn’t able to do my job. But all is well and, as you can see, we’re back under the awning across from the railroad station about to waylay this gentleman walking towards us.
“Roving Reporter here; got a minute? Like to ask you a question.”
“Oh, sure. Yes, go ahead. Watch your show every night. Where you been?”
“Out. Here’s the question: what’s your take on these Trump protesters?”
“Oh, that’s easy. Wished you asked a more challenging question. I’m retired, you know. Used to teach Philosophy at the university. But I’ll answer it anyway.
“‘Mongo only pawn in game of life,’ meaning that the protesters are being used by the very people that Trump is talking about getting rid of: you know, the sleaze-buckets that buy favors from politicians and government employees; the lobbyists and other assorted undesirables that live under the rocks surrounding our nation’s capital.
“Look, if Trump is for jobs, it goes to follow that if you protest against Trump you are against job creation or, to put it another way, support the continuation of generation after generation umbilically tied to the State through welfare and food stamp, disability and housing payments.
“A protester of Trump must be for open borders and, therefore, for illegal immigration. Must be for an increased National Debt and allow non-vetted immigrants into our country. It’s really not complicated.
“Want to get rid of the protesters? Have ICE show up and do their job for once, that’s how.
“And one other thing: I’ve a train to catch. Trump is having his rallies in large population centers which historically vote Democrat, right? So there’s a likelihood that the police chief and the mayor are also Democrats, right? Look, there’s my train. They could tell the police to break up the protest but it’s in their best interest to make sure Trump doesn’t spread his message about ‘Make America Great Again.’ It’s the ‘powers-that-be’ way of censorship, but the protesters just aren’t smart enough to know when they’re being used, not unlike sacrificial pawns in a chess game. Bye.”
“Goodbye, and thanks for your comment. I think if, had he the time, he would’ve expounded on the fact that Trump would’ve made a major dent in the drugs coming across the border, which means fewer payoffs to the police to look the other way, hence another reason why the police just sat around eating their donuts while Trump cancelled his political rally.
“I call it disgusting. Some people come to America to embrace the freedom, but if these same people act as they did from where they came from, all they’re doing is replacing one ghetto with the next.
“Well, that’s our show for tonight. By the way, next time you see a Trump protest, look at the signs the idiots hold up: what, they all spontaneously had the exact same sign custom-made? Or just perhaps the signs were supplied by the very ones who we want out of our government?
