(Feb. 10, 2016) — On January 26, presidential eligibility activist and educator Jeffrey Harrison hosted a radio segment on WCED with the purpose of educating the listening audience about the meaning of the term “natural born Citizen” appearing in Article II of the U.S. Constitution as one of three requirements for President of the United States.

Most Americans have under stood the “natural born Citizen” clause to mean that the president and commander-in-chief must have been born in the United States, although, as Harrison later explained, history shows that the citizenship of the parents was equally important.

Harrison has participated in campaigns launched by WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) intended to provide members of Congress with DVD copies of a presentation given by Maricopa County Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo in the spring of 2013 during which Zullo explained how the five-member team had concluded the year before that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”

During the segment, Harrison recounted the odyssey of the posse’s investigation which began in September 2011 at the request of Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio, who had originally said he wished to put the questions about Obama’s birth certificate, posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011, to rest.

To his surprise, after several days of analysis of the birth certificate image, Zullo informed Arpaio that it was fraught with problems.  “It was a phony PDF file,” Harrison described the findings of the posse, “and the registration number is out of sequence.”

Zullo and Arpaio formally announced their conclusions at two press conferences given on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, respectively, after which both the media and Congress refused to investigate further.

Harrison reviewed the meanings, as he understands them, of the terms “natural born Citizen” and “natural born subject,” the latter of which emanated from England, and the differences between them.

Recounting that through his then-literary agent’s 1991 biography, Obama “said he was born in Kenya.”  When the promotional booklet containing the biography was made public by Breitbart in May 2012, the agent, who is now working with a different firm, stated that she had made a “fact checking error” in regard to Obama’s birthplace.

Harrison informed the listeners that in 1975, the first known attempted change to the “natural born Citizen” clause, HR33, was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.

“Congress was trying to do away with it, and our states are trying to fortify it,” Harrison observed, stating that 13 states introduced legislation since Obama took office which would have required that presidential candidates submit proof that they are constitutionally eligible.

Also discussed during the 24-minute show was the Articles of Impeachment drawn up by the North American Law Center in July 2014 (NALC).  Contrary to a statement made by Rep. Steve King of Iowa, Harrison maintains that adequate time still remains for impeaching Barack Hussein Obama for various crimes against the United States, including usurpation of the presidency through fraud and deceit.

At least one congressman, Ted Yoho of Florida, agrees with Harrison.

Harrison is a former Marine, father of six boys, husband, church volunteer and community activist who has walked door-to-door to inform his neighbors of the forgery of Obama’s only proffered documentation.  He has visited Washington, DC at least three times; met with his state senator; with staffers of his U.S. representative, Glenn Thompson; and personally with U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania Pat Toomey to deliver the informational DVDs and ask what action, if any, his public servants plan to take in regard to the forgeries.

He continues to urge all concerned Americans to contact their congressmen and urge that they introduce the Articles to the House Judiciary Committee.
