• 66% or 14 of the 21 members of the Senate leadership positions are Sponsors of FULL Repeal of the Safe Act.
• In addition 7 of the 16 members of the Senate codes committee are sponsors of FULL Repeal of the Safe Act.
• That does not include all sponsors or all Senators who have pledged to vote for FULL Repeal of the Safe Act.
It “IS” within the realm of possibility for a:
Super Majority FULL Repeal of the Safe Act in the Senate!
NOTE: We are also very close to a big majority in the Assembly – Strong support still coming in – stay tuned.
