A DUAL CITIZEN, BORN IN FOREIGN COUNTRY, WITH A FOREIGN-CITIZEN FATHER, IS ELIGIBLE TO THE PRESIDENCY?

(Feb. 27, 2015) — Let’s get something out in the open and out of the way from the get-go: Obama is not Constitutionally qualified to hold the office of president because his parents were not born in the United States. This is not the 1700’s or the early 1800’s. The Year of Our Lord is 2015, so any argument about both parents being born in America to a presidential candidate is cut and clear: it must be so. Also, the presidential candidate must be born in the United States.
There is no ambiguity, question, argument, debate or discourse on the subject. Either the criteria is met, or it is not. It’s not one parent, it’s mother and father born in the USA. It’s not a child born of an American citizen in some other country who also has a parent holding a citizenship of another country. There is no need to rehash over and over and over again the vetting process of the candidates to hold the office of president. Just because Obama is the de facto president does not make him a legal president.
It doesn’t make any difference if Cruz is promoting himself as an eligible candidate; it doesn’t make any difference if the Republican or the Democratic Party is working behind closed doors in pushing Cruz as a presidential candidate; it doesn’t make any difference if it’s the Federal Reserve Party (Republican Party + Democratic Party = Federal Reserve Party) working behind the scenes. The result is the same: by publicly declaring Cruz as a qualified presidential candidate, Ted Cruz (and the aforementioned others) are, by unspoken tacit agreement, endorsing Obama’s tenure as president.
This is totally unacceptable. There is no possible reason under the sun why the citizens of the USA should not accept anything less than what is clearly and plainly specified in our Constitution. To do anything less would do irreparable harm to our country. As it stands now, we have a chance to nullify EVERYTHING that Obama has done to harm our country, but if we keep our mouths shut and allow people such as Cruz to bypass the vetting process, as did Obama, our country is truly finished.
The 2016 presidential hopeful cannot come out of Congress, because Congress has shown no backbone in deporting illegal immigrants nor bringing up Obama’s BIRTHER issue. The Republican or Independent hopeful must come either from the private sector or a former Governor.
No, Cruz and other ineligible candidates are not the answer. The answer lies in the American people having complete faith in the Constitution. That’s all there is to it.

I hope the whole country it’s taking notes of those scheming within as examples of the facts.. Foreign and Domestic enemies exist and we ought to celebrate Cruz colors. At least we know now by his record in the interview with Sean Hannity he knows he is not a natural born Citizen.
Might his example be a witness to All that America offers wonderful blessings that can be snatched in an instant when treacherous plans are hatched against her U.S. Constitution.

The ENTIRE Congress should be put on trial for treason, but not before the DOJ (they’re in it too) or the Supreme Court (way too compromised already). How about a civilian or military court? Forget that, with all the activist judges. Oh well, so much for that idea. Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die.
Mother and father born in US? That’s not right. An NBC can have NATURALIZED American citizens at birth.
