“THE TYRANNY OF A LAWLESS GOVERNMENT”

Prologue:
New York is so messed up. How messed up – messed up worse than folks could imagine. We could write a book but that would just be repeating the thousands of instances of corruption in government and what it has done to OUR “Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.” Simply put, New York has been transformed into a socialist police state – yes – Cuomo, with the help of the entire Albany legislature – Dems and Repubs alike, have put the final touches on a full progressive/socialist government. And Common Core education is warping the minds of the children – teaching them to leach off others, depend on government and not be self-reliant.
The Importance of Repealing “The Safe Act”
First a little scare – for those who don’t really care: Terrorism and crime go hand-in-hand. From the attack on 911 to the senseless slaughter of the people in Paris – hundreds of incidents and the murder of innocent people, destruction of private property and random looting, terror and harm are brought closer and closer to home. How long will it be before it comes to OUR neighborhoods and even into individual homes? A disarmed society makes it more likely and sooner than you think. WE want OUR guns – more importantly – WE need OUR guns – to protect one another. It’s insane to think of it any other way. Which scares you more: a neighbor with a gun or a terrorist/criminal that you know will use the gun on YOU?
Besides the countless real and logical reasons why people should bear arms – state-of-the-art arms – untraceable arms – untaxed arms – the Safe Act represents the tyranny of a LAWLESS government: Every aspect of the Safe Act – from its conception, to its passing into “law” to its enforcement – all done in tyranny and LAWLESSNESS – all done without regard for personal safety. It stands as a symbol of wrongfulness.
Fighting for Repeal of the Safe Act Has a Higher Purpose
Sure, the fight against the Safe Act is a good and noble cause, but it is even more than that. It is the single biggest issue with the potential to unite OUR society to fight ALL tyranny – fight state-run healthcare – fight high taxes – fight over-regulation – fight Common Core education – fight unequal taxing – fight government intrusion – fight socialism – fight corruption. Yup – fighting to repeal the Safe Act has the potential to transform OUR state to a state of health, happiness, peace of mind, safety, prosperity and well-being.
Regenerate & Reenergize the Fight to Repeal the Safe Act
Is there hope of repealing the Safe Act? YES, there is!!!! Here’s Why: Over the last two years WE have had big victories. WE have influenced countless people, organizations and government agencies to join the fight. Yes – WE had a great beginning AND now: Senator Nozzolio – with cosponsors Libous, DeFrancisco, Larkin, Richie and Seward have introduced a “Repeal The Safe Act Bill” that has REAL potential of passing. AND, with potential support from Assemblyman Nojay. Assemblywoman Tenny, Assemblyman Lopez, Senator Marchione, Senator Griffo, many other legislators AND ROB ASTORINO AND SHERIFF MOSS, along with many others in government AND with YOUR help and a strong coalition, repeal IS possible.
Hear Ye, Hear Ye: NY Senator Nozzolio has introduced legislation to repeal (most of) the Safe Act [S511-2015]. This bill has Libous as a sponsor. It is widely stated that this has no chance of passing and that it is just “the Albany Two-Step.” At the same time, there are also claims that Skelos could use his power and push it through; Libous – a sponsor of the bill – could do the same. Is it a bluff or is it real? Well, they may think it will sit dead – BUT – they haven’t felt OUR wrath or determination ……yet.
Proclamation:
It is hereby stated that the intention is to:
Bring about the passage of Senator Nozzolio’s bill to Repeal The Safe Act by re-energizing broad coalition and call for massive and aggressive protests in Albany AND:
- Lobby all Senators to pass this bill
- Lobby Skelos and Libous
- Lobby to attach this bill to other (all) legislation
- Lobby to pass this bill before any other legislation is voted on
- Lobby to attach this bill to the budget
- Lobby all assemblymen to introduce a companion bill
- Lobby the sheriffs to get them to push the bill
- Hold Press conferences to explain to the public
- New Releases demanding the bill to be passed
- Call for people to lobby in Albany.
- Explain that the people need self-defense so incidents like what happened in Paris won’t happen here.
- And do even MORE
