WHO HAS THE “VISION?”

(Jan. 3, 2015) — When I was in the military and sent overseas to fight a cancer (Communism) that was spreading (in the Far East), the arsenal in my quiver consisted of my fists (least destructive) to an atomic warhead (most destructive). And because of luck, both good and bad, I found myself in the unique position of being a direct party in the use of the former and in the use of the latter, twice, and at one of those times the warhead was armed. One I already wrote about in my editorial, “The Day San Diego Almost Bought the Farm ” (9-24-2013), which wasn’t meant to be a comedy, but there was just no other way to tell the tale.
The other story about my direct relationship with a nuclear warhead is this: when one’s back is pushed against the wall, one will use whatever happens to be available to protect life and limb, starting with the people with whom you are serving, then country, and last but certainly not least, yourself. No, that particular warhead wasn’t detonated, but, by anyone’s standards, it was one heck of a close call; I mean, just the fact that it was armed and pointing in the right direction is enough to wake anyone up.
Today is demonstrably a more dangerous place than just six short years ago. The Constitution is being rendered null and void because there’s no branch of government who is policing by acknowledging and thwarting any and all attacks upon it. The FBI has been rendered impotent by the DOJ’s total support of the Muslim in the White House.
And so we look forward to who may likely be our next president. Thus far, all the names are all from the same hat. This hat from which these names have been drawn from are, for all intents and purposes, cookie-cutter images of one another, with the exception of Hillary, who carries the baggage of four dead Americans in Benghazi.
No, none of these people are leaders. Obama isn’t a leader because he lacks the one prerequisite to be a leader. A leader requires a backbone. Or, to be more specific, an American leader must protect and defend the Constitution, clearly a monumental total failure on Barry’s part.
There is nothing whatsoever wrong about America that can’t be fixed. All of our foreign policy failures can be put right faster than a Formula 1 pit stop. Obamacare can be repealed, the IRS and the DHS abolished; the Patriot Act and the NSA can be curtailed to target Muslims and to leave Tea Party supporters alone. Illegal immigrants and Muslims can be deported. Most Favored Nation Trade status with China can be put right (cut it off). And, perhaps most important, the Federal Reserve Bank’s charter with the US Government can be declared to be nothing other than a private bank taking US citizens to the cleaners.
These things, and other wrongs done to our country, can be mended. There’s nothing under the sun that we can’t do in order to support and defend our Constitution and, consequently: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
No, there is but one attribute that we must require in our next leader. JFK had it, and it inspired the country: we went to the moon. All leaders share one common denominator, and that is one of VISION.
Under the Hillary scenario, Western Civilization will continue to battle the forces of Islam until she gives in to the Muslims’ demands of “religious tolerance.” Same with the other cookie-cutters. We have Jeb Bush’s “love” of illegal immigrants, and all the others are just as complicit in the “Don’t ask about the (Obama) Birth Certificate” colossal cover-up. The “tell” of an individual being complicit in the cover-up of Obama’s Constitutional ineligibility is how they address Obama. Thumbs down on “Mr. President” and “President Obama;” thumbs up on “Mr. Obama” and “Mr. De Facto.”
The key is to elect someone with the vision of a strong future for the Constitution. Someone with a backbone. Someone who will use the weapons at hand to save our country. Win at any and all costs: the alternative isn’t worth talking about.
That’s it: the ONE prerequisite is the vision that we need to share: the continuation of our country rather than just another Third World Islamic State dung heap.
