A “FOREIGN BORN DOMESTIC ENEMY?”

by Sharon Rondeau

Atty. Larry Klayman is a WND columnist and founder of Freedom Watch and Judicial Watch

(Jan. 2, 2015) — A former Justice Department prosecutor currently challenging Obama’s executive actions granting deferred deportation to millions of illegal aliens wrote on Friday that Obama is a “native” of the continent of Africa.

The statement was made by Atty. Larry Klayman, who also challenged the constitutionality of the NSA’s spying on American citizens, after which a federal judge agreed that the spying is “almost certainly unconstitutional.”

Klayman founded the government watchdog organizations Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch.

In his article today, Klayman contended that several crises in the United States and the world resulting from Obama’s weak foreign policy, abandoning of Israel as an ally, attempted detente with the Iranian and communist Cuban regimes, and admission to the U.S. of “visitors from his native Africa” who might be carrying the deadly Ebola virus have culminated in the need “to legally rid the nation of the evil emperor in the White House.”

In addition, Klayman wrote that along with Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and “fellow race baiters,” Obama has sown the seeds of racial division and “driven the country into what is virtually open warfare among our diverse populations.”

On December 20, two NYPD police officers sitting in their patrol car in a neighborhood of the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of the city were killed in cold blood by a member of the Black Guerrilla Family (BGF), a group founded by two hardened California prison inmates based on the teachings of Marcus Garvey and other black nationalists.  Garvey’s teachings led to the formation of the Black Panthers and later, the New Black Panthers, whose current leader, Malik Zulu Shabazz, recently predicted that more police officers will be killed this year.

As LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) first wrote in a criminal complaint on March 17, 2009, Klayman accused Obama of committing treason against the United States.

Fitzpatrick is currently serving a three-year sentence in a Tennessee state prison for attempting to bring evidence of corruption among court clerks, judges, prosecutors, sheriffs’ departments, and grand jury foremen to the McMinn, TN grand jury. His attorney, Van Irion, stated that his client is the first person in U.S. history to have been imprisoned for approaching a grand jury with evidence of a crime.

“I’m now afraid to go to the grand jury,” Irion told Dr. Laurie Roth of The Roth Show after Fitzpatrick’s conviction by a jury in June presided over by Senior Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood.

It is known that Obama operatives worked with locals in neighboring Monroe County, TN to implicate Fitzpatrick and Darren Wesley Huff in nonexistent “planned” crimes, for which Huff is currently serving the last part of a four-year sentence in a federal prison in Texarkana, TX.

Like Klayman but in different words, Fitzpatrick had accused Obama of being a “foreign born domestic enemy.”  The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee ignored Fitzpatrick’s criminal complaint, as did U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth over the summer of 2009.

Dr. Michael Savage, who hosts a daily popular radio program, suspected in 2010 that Obama is a “foreign usurper” with “dual allegiances.”

Obama ran for president in 2008 after signing an affidavit for the state of Arizona affirming that he was a “natural born Citizen,” which is required for the office of president and commander-in-chief by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.  While most Americans understand the term to mean “born in the country,” historically, it likely meant that a person was “born in the country to citizen parents” in order to avoid divided loyalties.

Obama claims to have been born in Honolulu, HI to a Kenyan-citizen father and U.S.-citizen mother.  After rising doubts about Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve threatened to derail his candidacy for a second term in 2011 as publicly voiced by businessman Donald Trump, the White House released what it said was a scan of a certified copy of Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate on April 27, 2011.

Within 24 hours, the image was denounced by experts as an amateur forgery.

A law enforcement investigation commenced in September 2011 by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse which remains ongoing examined both the long-form birth certificate image and Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form made available to FOIA requesters by the Selective Service System and found both to be “computer-generated forgeries.”

On behalf of Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Klayman has filed an appeal to an initial ruling last month from an Obama-appointed judge dismissing his case challenging Obama’s “executive amnesty.”  Arpaio stated that he has jailed many of the same criminal illegal offenders multiple times despite having turned them over to the Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) agency to have them removed from the country after their arrests.

In 1991, Obama’s literary agent published a biography in advance of the release of his first book, Dreams From My Father, which stated that he was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”  The publication remained unchanged until April 2007, two months after Obama declared his candidacy for the presidency, after which it said, “he was born in Hawaii to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister.”

When confronted about the biography, the literary agent claimed that she had made a “fact checking error” in stating that Obama was “born in Kenya.”

In 2006, Will Hoover of The Hawaii Advertiser had written an article stating that Obama and a then-U.S. Congress candidate, Tammy Duckworth, were “born outside the country — Obama in Indonesia, Duckworth in Thailand — …”

Congress has twice refused to raise objections to compel Obama to produce conclusive evidence of his constitutional eligibility  during its constitutionally-mandated counting of the Electoral votes following both of Obama’s purported presidential election victories despite the announced findings of the Cold Case Posse during two 2012 press conferences.  Instead, Republicans have chosen to appear to fight Obama on policy issues.

At least two attorneys have written Articles of Impeachment naming Obama as having committed “high crimes and misdemeanors” meriting removal from office.

On December 22, The Post & Email was told by a source that impeachment is under serious discussion among certain political and apolitical operatives.

As a result of the November 4, 2014 midterm elections, the U.S. Senate will contain a majority of Republicans for the first time since George W. Bush’s presidency, and Republicans strengthened their majority in the U.S. House of Representatives.  While some members of the House have opined that sufficient votes favoring impeachment might have been garnered during the summer of 2013, the Republican leadership has stated that it is not seeking Obama’s impeachment.

In October, Klayman asked three federal immigration officials to hold a hearing to determine whether or not Obama is himself an illegal alien and, if the evidence shows that he is, to order him deported to his country of origin.

On November 20, Obama announced a unilateral change to federal immigration policy without Congress having passed or amended a law.  On Monday, Klayman said that “We had a situation like this in 1776, in the years leading up, when King George III decided he was going to take away the power of the colonies to adjudicate…I am against having 5 million people running around this country with amnesty, many of whom are criminals and many of whom are continuing to commit crimes.”

Klayman described Obama as “more dangerous than the terrorists” which the U.S. is allegedly fighting in the Middle East “because he is destroying us from within.”

2015 promises to be an “annus mirabilus” for many and terrible for the administration as the wizard’s curtain is pulled back.
