LIKE HITLER, OBAMA CONTINUES TO ACT ALONE TO CHANGE LAW

(Dec. 18, 2014) — In order to hold an election favorable to Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Party in 1933, Hitler devised a propaganda story to explain the burning of the building where the German Parliament, or Reichstag, met in Berlin, to create a crisis.

According to The History Place, Hitler and his propaganda minister, Joseph Goebbels, “stayed up all night” following the fire to issue “a paper full of tales of a Communist plot to violently seize power in Berlin.”

In consolidating his power, Hitler placed Hermann Goring in charge of German police forces, later known as Hitler’s Brownshirts, or SA.  The History Place reports that “Göring immediately replaced hundreds of police officials loyal to the republic with Nazi officials loyal to Hitler. He also ordered the police not to interfere with the SA and SS under any circumstances. This meant that anybody being harassed, beaten, or even murdered by Nazis, had nobody to turn to for help.”

Hitler termed the fire “the beginning” of “a great epoch in German history.” Working in conjunction with a Dutch man determined to burn the Reichstag and other government structures, Hitler’s SS, under Goring’s command, set the edifice ablaze on the evening of February 27, 1933.

According to blogger Professionalized, following the fire, Hitler went to President Paul Hindenburg and obtained his signature granting Hitler’s request to “abrogate free speech, the free press, the right of assembly, and property rights. Within weeks, he used these powers to exclude the communists and socialists from the parliament. This gave him a rubber stamp to do whatever he desired—which he soon did.”

The writer was describing Hitler’s Enabling Act, which “legalized” Hitler’s ability to issue “laws” without the concurrence of the people’s representatives in Parliament.  Those who Hitler knew would oppose the Act were banned from voting, while the remainder reportedly voted under threat by Nazi police.

It has been suggested that the chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the health care law known as Obamacare in June 2012 as a result of “blackmail” and “intimidation.”

Obama denied having tried to “intimidate” when he said in April 2012 that “he was ‘confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.'”

Last year, facing mounting criticism of the law which now controls one-sixth of the U.S. economy, Obama claimed that Republicans were attempting to use blackmail against him.

Obama reportedly has his own Brownshirts who have intimidated health care workers treating illegal-alien children allowed into the country by the Obama regime, supported by U.S. taxpayer dollars.

In his post dated February 2, 2010, Professionalized continued:

Hitler’s strategy was three-fold. First, he fanned the flames of crisis. There was an emergency and something had to be done. Second, he demonized his enemies. The communists and socialists were to blame; hence they had to be neutralized. Third, he instituted irreversible changes. With his Brown Shirts leading the way, he immediately clamped down on free speech, the free press, and so forth. Soon he was in complete control.

Although Barack Obama is no Adolf Hitler—he has no plans for concentration camps or for an international war—he too understands how to manipulate a crisis. He began his administration by fanning the flames of our financial crisis. It was, he insisted, no mere recession; it was an emergency comparable to the Great Depression. Something had to be done! Right away!

Obama’s former chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, had always advised, “You never want a serious a crisis to go to waste.”  Some perceive Obama’s de facto presidency as “one scandal after another, one crisis after another.”

Sixteen days after the November 4, 2014 elections, Obama declared that through executive action, millions of illegal aliens currently in the country could apply for relief from deportation proceedings for up to three years if they met certain conditions.  In June 2012, Obama declared, also through a memorandum, that children brought to the United States illegally by their parents who met certain criteria could obtain work permits and avoid deportation for a period of two years.

Young people qualifying for the 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program have been able to obtain government-funded health insurance, drivers’ licenses by order of the U.S. Supreme Court, and other benefits despite their not being U.S. citizens.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Senate approved the confirmation of Sarah Saldana, Obama’s choice to head the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) division of the Department of Homeland Security, which is now under direction to reprocess any illegal alien whose deportation proceedings are already in process in favor of expending resources only on the most hardened criminals or those deemed to pose a national security threat.

Johnson’s several memoranda seek to “fundamentally alter the way in which we marshal resources to the border” and now claim that they are enforcing, not augmenting, U.S. immigration law.

When Obama first ran for the presidency, he promised to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.”

Like Hitler, Obama claims he has the authority to alter law without a vote from the people’s representatives.  Sen. Ted Cruz has said that Obama has overreached the power of the chief executive, but fellow Republicans in Congress have demonized Cruz and Sen. Mike Lee for attempting to block “executive amnesty.”

On Monday, the Senate approved Obama’s nomination of Vivek Murthy for U.S. surgeon general.  Murthy has said that firearms possession is “a health care issue.”

Hitler made sure that Jews in Germany were disarmed and imposed a firearms registry for other citizens.

On Wednesday, the Obama regime announced the release of a U.S. citizen held in a Cuban prison for the last five years and the release of three Cuban spies held in U.S. federal prison, an agreement reportedly brokered by the Vatican, unbeknownst to average Americans.  Cuba has been a repressive communist dictatorship since 1959, when Fidel Castro overcame Fulgencio Batista’s government and seized power.  His brother, Raul Castro, is now dictator.

A trade and travel embargo between the U.S. and Cuba has been in place by five relevant Congressional acts dating from 1917, with the last law passed in 2000.  Obama has now declared the embargo will be lifted and diplomatic relations re-established in Havana.

With his various executive actions, Obama claims he is not making new law, as did Hitler.  Regarding Cuba, the White House has said that “while congressional leaders had been consulted, the Obama administration does not anticipate Congress will reverse the laws establishing the embargo aimed at ousting the communist Castro regime.”

Following the announcement on Cuba, commentator Rich Lowry wrote, “Every dictator around the world must be waiting anxiously for a call or a postcard from Obama. The leader of the free world comes bearing gifts and understanding. He is willing to overlook human-rights abuses. And his idea of burnishing his legacy is to clinch deals with his country’s enemies.”

Nearly two years ago, while filibustering Obama’s CIA director nominee, Sen. Rand Paul said, “…Out of that chaos, Hitler was elected democratically…in a democracy, you could someday elect someone who is very evil…Occasionally, even a democracy gets it wrong…”
