“THEY’VE EARNED IT”

(Dec. 12, 2014) — Tomorrow (December 13th, 2014), supporters for law enforcement will gather at Phoenix police headquarters located at 620 W. Washington Street from 10am – 12pm regardless of whether or not it rains. It has come to my attention that a group calling itself Wave of Action has threatened to come to our rally to counter protest and to be disruptive and even harassed those of us planning to attend on Facebook. Ours will be a peaceful rally in support of law enforcement to show that we care about them. The men and women in blue lay their lives on the line to keep our community safe so I know as a citizen I appreciate that. No group or weather will stop us from showing our appreciation for the men and women in blue. Many have been invited to attend the rally and so far it looks like we’ll have a modest turnout and so far at least 100 people have said they’re attending or that they support our efforts. That number could change once tomorrow hits but we do have people dedicated enough wanting to attend and that’s a plus.
