Fox News Radio Host Claims Obama Birth Certificate Investigation Has “Predetermined” Outcome

(Nov. 25, 2014) — In an interview with Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio on Monday, Fox News radio host Alan Colmes claimed that the three-year investigation into Obama’s long-form birth certificate has a “predetermined” outcome.

In September 2011, a criminal investigation was launched into the image posted on the White House website in April of that year purported to be a scan of Obama’s birth certificate held by the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) in Honolulu, HI.

Within 24 hours of the release of the image and Obama’s having claimed it as his own in a press conference, numerous experts came forward on camera to say that they found it to be a forgery.  In August of that year, a group of 250 members of the Surprise, AZ Tea Party approached Arpaio with the request that he investigate the claims that the image was forged to ensure that their votes would not be disenfranchised in the upcoming 2012 presidential election.

Arpaio delegated the Cold Case Posse associated with his office with the task of analyzing the image so that taxpayer dollars would not be expended.  After 72 hours, the posse found that the image was plagued with anomalies which could not have been present if it had originated with a paper document.

On March 1, 2012, Arpaio and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo held a press conference to announce that they had found probable cause to believe that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”

A second press conference on July 17, 2012 revealed more details about how the posse reached its conclusions and called upon Congress to launch its own investigation.

When Colmes asked Arpaio how he knows that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery, Arpaio said, “I think I have some experts that prove it, OK?”

Colmes insisted that Obama has “released two birth certificates,” referring to the White House website image and the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) posted at The Daily KOS on June 12, 2008, later claimed to have been released by then-White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.

In 2008, a number of constituents had contacted their congressional representatives, attorneys general, governors, electors, state representatives and judges regarding Obama’s questionable eligibility given that he had released no personal documentation and reports that he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii.  Obama also claims a father who was never a citizen of the U.S., which could preclude him from qualifying as a “natural born Citizen” as required by Article II of the Constitution.  Members of Congress responded to their constituents by issuing template letters stating simply that Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore eligible to the presidency.

Both PBS and The Hawaii Advertiser reported Obama as having been born in a foreign country prior to his first run for the presidency.  After Obama declared himself a presidential candidate in 2007, his official biography published by his literary agent in 1991 prior to his book release was changed to read that he was born in Hawaii rather than Kenya.  The literary agent explained the discrepancy as a “fact-checking error,” although literary agents do not normally compile information in order to publish a biography of a new author; rather, the author is routinely the source of his own biography.

Several African newspapers with sources at the Associated Press reported Obama as “Kenyan-born” when he ran for the U.S. Senate in 2004, and Minutes of the Kenyan Parliament reveal that members celebrated his birth in that country.

The press limited its coverage of the posse’s announced findings to the internet in articles which often showed contempt for the investigation; Congress did nothing; and Obama was re-elected in November 2012.  When the North American Law Center (NALC) demanded that Congress to delay its certification of the electoral votes for Obama in January 2013 pending an investigation of his qualifications, Congress ignored the request and certified the votes for a second time without any objections.

Approximately a year ago, Zullo announced that Arpaio had launched his own investigation separate from that of the birth certificate which has resulted in “gut-wrenching” discoveries yet to be disclosed to the public.

In his recent interview with Colmes, Arpaio said that the image on the White House website “is not the original birth certificate,” which Colmes appeared to doubt. “How do you prove that?” Colmes asked.  “You’re claiming they’re forged without proof.”  Arpaio told Colmes that he cannot yet release the evidence the investigations have accumulated.

Arpaio has been very tight-lipped about the investigations but has been giving interviews over the last six months, including Rusty Humphries, The Right Side, Colmes, and Pete Santilli of the Guerilla Media Network.  Arpaio has despaired that the mainstream media has refused to cover the matter.  Approximately 18 months ago, Zullo revealed that Sean Hannity of Fox News had been scheduled to interview him following the March 1, 2012 press conference but that his producer quashed it at the last minute over fear of retaliation from the Obama regime.

Hard evidence that the Obama regime has manipulated the media was released last week by Judicial Watch.  Zullo is in possession of affidavits from members or former members of the media which state that they were threatened for showing interest in the birth certificate question.  This writer also received numerous death threats and attempts at intimidation from individuals using false identities referring to our reportage of the Zullo investigation and our own efforts to uncover the truth about Obama.

Over the last few months, Colmes has interviewed Atty. Larry Klayman, who believes that Obama is an illegal alien and should be deported, and Dr. Benjamin Carson, who expressed questions about Obama’s missing college transcripts and records and opined that they should be released.

Radio show host Carl Gallups, who has been close to the Cold Case Posse’s investigation for more than two years, has also raised the specter that Obama is not a U.S. citizen.

When Colmes claimed that Arpaio’s investigation was not a “fair and open” one with a “predetermined end,” Arpaio responded “Our evidence showed the probable cause; it’s up to the courts to make the final decision on any crime.”  He then referred to revealing the findings to the public.  “What are you waiting for?” Colmes asked, to which Arpaio responded that he will speak to the public when he is “comfortable addressing any new information.”

“A fraudulent document is a fraudulent document,” Arpaio ended the five-minute interview in response to Colmes’s observation that Obama has two more years in office.
